“I would Highly Recommend Bax Music, The customer service has always been friendly and helpful to me and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase with regular Emails. One of the best companies i have dealt with online. The delivery service Hermes can sometimes be slow , so maybe it could be improved if they offered someone like DPD with hour slots ? But all in all its really a great company with great prices.”

“I'm delighted with my Fazley tenor banjo case , it's superb quality. Sadly , the same can't be said about the courier (Hermes). My parcel was left outside a communal door . Luckily my neighbour brought it upstairs for me before someone walked off with it.”

“Received the Focusrite 8i6 audio interface but it was not the new item I had ordered. It had quite obviously been previously opened and very possibly used. If I had wanted second hand or B-stock, I would have bought on eBay and paid a lot less. I reported this to Bax but was told that all they could offer was for me to return for an exchange or refund. I would have hoped that this dismal level of quality control may have been compensated in some way but apparently that isn't company policy.”

“The delivery was super quick, the prices were fantastic, and the item was perfect. “I ordered an Ibanez PC12MHCE Open Pore Natural electro-acoustic guitar om Bax. I odered using their web site which was easy. I received invoices and really good communication from them and the delivery arrived on time. It was well packed in its box and inside another tough box with plenty or protective packaging. The guitar is a real dream. Lovely smell to the mahogany wood its pretty much entirely constructed from The strings ar Ibanzez make 0.12-0.53 bronze. The guitar has an inbuilt tuner, which allows half steps. It makes tuning the guitar easy. Once tuned the guitar has a strong vibrant sound to it. Used as a purely acoustic , the sound is quite loud; connected up to an amp and using it as an electro acoustic gives a really crisp and powerful guitar. It is at home in the hands of a beginner and certainly a guitar appreciated by the more competent or professional player who Im sure would be more than happy to have it on stage. The construction of the guitar is very good. A good solid guitar which Im sure will stand the test of time and as an all mahogany guitar, maybe one of the few produced this way in the future, that will be an item to treasure. Good solid machine heads and string stay well in tune. I thoroughly recommend this particular guitar and I certainly recommend the customer service of Bax especially in the difficult times.”

“I’ve unfortunately had a negative experience with Bax music and would neither recommend them or shop with them again. My order was lost by the courier (Hermes have admitted fault) but despite calling twice and emailing 4 times in the past week, I haven’t received a response from Bax music other than to ask for my social security number (I’m in the UK so don’t have one) and proof of signature despite the fact I’ve provided evidence from the courier that the parcel was never signed for (having supposedly been left in a safe place). I’m now left without a Christmas present for my son and have wasted so much time this week chasing this up with Bax music / Hermes.”
