“I've used Bax a few times before, but I principally bought from a well-known competitor from Germany. However, that company's ordering system is currently a mess with VAT payble separately to their courier (together with additional admin fees), and people are reporting lengthy delays to deliveries (with Brexit being blamed). Although Bax is based in the Netherlands, there was no such hassle. I placed an order on Friday evening & it arrived in north-east Scotland on Wednesday morning. It's the first time I've tried Fazley (their own house brand) but I have to say I'm impressed. I believe Bax are a bit slow in dealing with emails etc (they took 4 days to respond to an enquiry about a previous order; the said German company always reply within 24 hours) but as long as the prices are good and I'm getting decent products, it's not a deal-breaker for me. I'll certainly be using them again.”

“Has to be 5 stars for this mic stand. Solid and well built with a lovely finish. You really won't get better quality for the same price anywhere else. Ordering was effortless and delivery was spot on the date. Well packaged with the stand inside two boxes actually protected by bubble wrap. Will always look to Bax Music for all my gear in the future. Thanks guys!!”

“Great service Only thing I would say is for the price could have included DPD delivery ,they are excellent Hermes are not that great. Outer box came completely ripped open one side. Could have lost the European electric supply and makes feel goods was mishandled which ultimately could cause damage to product”

“The Ernie Ball 4144 Padded Neoprene Comfort padded guitar strap I ordered is great, really comfortable and offers the support I needed. I was getting pains in my shoulders from the basic guitar strap I had before so this is much better. BAX was great, as per usual. The item arrived much earlier than expected and came in great condition. And they were one of the few places that had my item in stock and at a reasonable price. Excellent.”

“I bought the hyvibe 30 CHV30E I am still working through what this guitar can do. This guitar is a good quality build and sounds very good without any effects purely as an acoustic guitar. Switch it on and the effects are absolutely brilliant. Using this guitar is great fun and has rejuvenated my enthusiasm for playing. The action is very good and it is easy to play.”
