“I took delivery of a Fazley FJA518SB and a Fazley FTL-DIY Natural Electric Guitar Kit on the expected date. The items had been securely packaged individually and contained together in one strong outer box, carefully delivered by Royal Mail. I have yet to build up the diy telecaster style kit but after inspection am very pleased with the finish. The finish of the Jazzmaster style guitar is excellent too. After tuning, I plugged it into my amp and was not disappointed by the sounds available. All in all both guitars offer more than might be expected from budget models and well worth 5 stars.”

“Bought and received a Fazley Excellence 8" splash cymbal. I keep getting these when I need to replace a splash, as they sound great and for the price, can't be faulted. B20 bronze etc.👍🏻”

“Hi there we ordered a lightweight keyboard for our children to practice before their next piano lesson. We ordered the keyboard on a Thursday and paid £9.99 for it to be delivered next day, or by Saturday it said, and it came the following Tuesday! The keyboard is fabulous the kids use it every day but the service could be better.”

“Very easy to understand the order process, always very competitive on price and a top notch returns policy where they pay for the return if you are not happy. It beats even my favourite UK firm. The online minor issue is that deliveries take a bit longer as the UK is no longer in the EU and there are two courier companies involved. Highly recommended!”

“Fantastic service and product. I paid less than £70 for an electric guitar. The quality for the price is unbelievable. I paid more than this for a cheap electric guitar 40+ years ago! Just started playing again and this guitar is superb. Thank you Back Music😁”

“Excellent piece of kit. Very sturdy. My keyboard doesn't have a music rest but this stand is flexible enough to sit on the keyboard with the support arm on the windowsill behind. Customer service was fine. Very good price since collecting it from the post office saved several £.”

“Great service and an excellent guitar for the price! The delivery by Parcelforce took longer than expected but was due to illness at the sorting centre and bad weather. No reflection on Bax at all! The guitar I purchased was a B stock, I had difficulty in finding any defects but when I did (some paint scratched off in the trussrod hole) I would not have returned it myself. All in all very pleased with my new guitar and what I paid for it.”

“Product download was misrepresented and failed to install the software as described. Complete waste of Money and now out of pocket to the tune of £175.00 as the customer service team refused to refund or do anything about it. I would avoid dealing with them at all cost”
