“2 pedals ordered, only 1 delivered !!! I ordered two pedals, Bax only sent one. Order number: 9641689Order date: 7 November 2021 Bax failed to deliver EWS Little Brute Drive Pedal 9000-0022-5260 This pedal still appears to be in stock, but Bax have not yet resolved this problem. You eventually messaged assuring you would investigate if I supplied photo evidence you requested. Which I did promptly. However, since then you are ignoring my emails. Perhaps Bax responds more positively to negative Trustpilot and facebook reviews ??? Please send the missing EWS Little Brute Drive Pedal to my chosen shipping address ONE STOP David Newton Locking Road 30-36 Weston-super-mare BS23 3DF UK. I would prefer the pedal to a refund. But if you do not deliver this pedal by Friday 10 December, I will start formal proceedings against Bax. However, if I am advised on Tuesday 7 Dec to not even risk waiting for a reply from Bax, then I will have to make a more immediate claim. Thank you, D, Newton.”

“Very competitive price, super fast delivery and excellent packaging. This little Fazely soprano hand finished ukulele performs way above it's price range. Excellent for a young beginner (or any age learner). This happens to be a present for a young beginner. After stretching strings, and lowering the bridge saddle height a little it plays beautifully, with a rich tone not expected at this price. The tuners are very smooth and precise in operation. Nothing to complain about with this one, out of the box it plays well, and can with very little work to the nut and saddle be transformed into an amazing little uke. This is not a criticism, this instrument is a bargain...get one while the are available. I have had a few orders from Bax Music and have always been impressed by their overall service.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ======================== Over a week ago I placed an order with Bax Music for some Sennheiser headphones that were showing as in stock. Delivery should have been made a week last Thursday. I received correspondence from Hermes on Thursday stating an attempted delivery was made that evening. It was not - 3 adults were home and our doorbell is exceedingly loud! I received additional information via the Hermes' app to say a redelivery would be attempted the next business day. It was not. Nor the next ... nor any time since. Attempting to contact Hermes was, as usual, utterly fruitless: they are the very worst example of a logistics company and their customer service is a misnomer as it does not exist. Even their drivers cannot escalate an issue on their customer's behalf. The Hermes website said to contact the retailer directly. Bax Music have (so far) failed to respond to 3 eMails and have not once answered any one of 5 phone calls, where I've been placed on hold for >15 minutes each time. There are hundreds of recent complaints about Bax Music on TrustPilot and elsewhere, including a dedicated Facebook page concerning complaints about this company. Do NOT trust this company. I would appear the company has failed but are still taking orders, especially given the nature of the other reviews on this and other websites.”

“Ordered on a Black Friday deal, paid for Parcelforce delivery and selected a delivery date of Tuesday. It's now Friday and still no tracking information. They don't respond to your emails and you wait an eternity on the phone for someone to assist who just tells you it's not their problem. Bottom line, they don't ship from the UK, they ship from the Netherlands, but this isn't obvious from their website. I recommend using other suppliers in the UK as Bax won't care less about you when their promises turn to dust.”

“I ordered cube street ex on 24.11 and Ive received it on 2.12, parcel came with hermess free delivery, everything is fine, speaker works perfectly (for now) there is no UK socket instead there is EU plug but you can buy adapter and its works! For this price is amazing! Thank you 😊”

“Bax music don’t care about its customers do not shop at this online company.when you call customer service to complain they don’t want to listen to you they will say if your not happy then send the goods back and go and shop at Amazon.I recently purchased the blue yeticaster usb microphone bundle with software.they refused to give me both the software activation codes then they gave me one of the two.I eventually had to contact the Uk trading standards who as advertised me that bax music are in breach of the consumer contracts regulations of 2014.bax music have now refused to respond to my emails the two main customer service agents that was dealing with my case was Liz and Eliza Liz agreed that bax music have broken the distance selling law but Eliza was very unprofessional and refused and liability re bax music’s legal obligation.do not shop at this company. “This little green Fazely Soprano Ukulele is outstanding value for such a low price. I have seen others brands for sale at nearly twice the price that are simply toys. This fazely as with all ukes, will need the strings stretched to enable stable tuning (for the non experienced check videos on line how to do this...very simple task). This instrument is very well made with a lovely appearance, and excellent tuner keys. Intonation is spot on all the way up the neck, which is a great bonus. This is a present for a young beginner, and frankly I did not expect it to be so good. Remember, for those of you inexperienced with stringed instruments, do learn to stretch those strings. I am aware of so many reviews where ukes, guitars etc are returned because strings will not stay in tune. Mind you, this one was almost in tune out of the box. So, if looking looking for a quality instrument, at a toy price then this is worthy of your consideration. Just get one while they are available. Bax Music I have found to be a company who offer super value and service. Almost bomb proof packaging and very fast delivery. No, I am not a Bax Music employee, just an experienced guitarist and stringed instrument player/repairer.”

“My problem isn't with Bax. I have ordered from them before and everything went well but on this occasion I am furious at the courier service here in the UK. I ordered a Gig Bag on Tuesday 16th November and chose delivery for Friday 19th November. Nothing was delivered on Friday but the Hermes App said the parcel was bigger than they were expecting and so a specialist courier service would be required. They said they would let me know in 24 hours. Nothing happened until the following Wednesday (24th) when the app message was updated to "We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day." Two days later and now, at the end of the day (26th) I still have not received my gig bag. I have written to Bax customer service twice but I have had no response to my request for help. it is impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes and so I feel completely helpless in tracking the whereabouts of my item. So, I'm not angry at Bax, as they shipped on time, but I am not happy with Bax Customer Service as they haven't responed. As an overall service relying on Hermes I am extremely unhappy. Please use a reliable courier in future as Hermese are well known in the UK to be absolutely useless!”

“Never bought from Bax before and was just being tight due to the £100 pound price difference from the competition. After reading other reviews I can only judge by my order. Product perfect. Easy ordering. £100 cheaper. If I had any niggle at all, delivery was a chew but that was down to parcel force. I will be using bax again.”

“Always impressed with Bax. However less than impressed with the way it was delivered. Was supposed to be delivered via Hermes but came a day early via parcel force, without notice and without giving me the opportunity to be available to take delivery. The guitar was left outside in a cardboard box when rain was forecast.”

“Customer service is non-excistent. Please do not order from this company. their courier service HERMES does not help either. I should have searched for the review first before I ordered. no way of communicating with them If your order does not arrive. Very unprofessional and appalling. You are basically screwed if something bad happens with your order.”

“Terrible costumer service, I will not buy from them anymore and would suggest you do the same. I ordered a software update (download) and never received the code. I spoke to someone from their sales team before the purchase to confirm if that was the right product and if I would receive the code on the same day, as my software (Pro Tools) was expiring. I did not receive the code and could not get through their customer service. I had to buy the update from a different shop. Wrote several emails and tried calling many times without success (their phone line rings forever). I had to request a chargeback from my bank in the end. Stay away and avoid trouble!”

“Adequate contact post sale of guitar. A bit upset abt Hermes delaying delivery because they kept attempting delivery to another house with same number and needed guidance for something so clear. Arrived in a large piano box and a soft box within the large box so well protected Guitar is beautiful at first look, close look you can easily pick out chips that have actually been covered/coloured with marker ink to hide them which is disappointing. Im not much bothered because you get what you pay for! OK to use as a starter of a decorative object i would say. Needs retuning again and again but again thats what happens with new strongs. Sounds acceptable”
