“I cannot believe the standard of my guitar. I am so happy with it. It sounds great and looks so shiny and beautiful. I used to play but am relearning to support my grandson in his playing. I did not expect to receive such a fantastic guitar for the price. Thank you so much.”

“Made a purchase on 18th Oct still not had item 3 wks later, lots of delays through Mondial & Hermes. Last tracker now states that it is being sent back to sender. Extremely poor customer service with Bax, Can't escalate, can't speak to manager. Advise they will contact you but never do. Won't refund until they receive item but they wont advise where it is. Don't even respond to e-mails now. Starting to think there is some scam running as they can't run a business like this. It it the worst customer experience I have ever had and there seems no end to it. It will most likely have to be raised with credit card company.”

“Considerably cheaper than anywhere else, and a good product, delivered on time. I’d have given it 5 stars but for the fact that whereas the product was approx 50ccs in volume, the cardboard packaging was 10,800ccs. Can we really afford such waste?”

“I ordered a small piece of audio hardware on 31st October from what I thought was a UK based supplier. The item was shipped a couple of days later through Mondial, a French company. It hadn't arrived after a few days so I emailed Bax to ask where it was, but no response. A day later I had an email that it was delayed, but eventually it turned up to the MyHermes depot. Then it was delayed again, and I got an email at 11pm Friday night, 9 days after ordering it from MyHermes saying someone would message me Saturday, but no-one did. I wanted the item for Sunday 6th Nov. Last night (Sunday evening) I had an email from Bax asking how the did and to leave review so I emailed them asking where the parcel was and to please respond. No-one did. Today (Monday) I hoped the parcel would turn up. No luck, until later on in the day, when a lady from another house in the village turned up saying she hoped this was the right house as MyHermes had left it at her house with her parcels. Thank goodness she was honest. The item was purchased from a UK company because I wanted a piece of hardware with a UK plug, otherwise I could have bought one from Germany. I know the difficulties of using third party plugs with tube amps. No mention appeared to have been made on the website about it coming with a 2 pin plug and a cheap adaptor. The package is quite small, as it's a vacuum tube amp (ie glass inside). This was delivered in a huge box with no packaging inside to prevent movement. Testing it there appears to be some damage as there is a constant hum and crackle on the output, even with no input applied. I'll have to return it. I can't see me purchasing anything through them again. Probably use someone else.”

“Bax music was cheapest by far when I searched online for the Headrush Pedal Board. When I telephoned them to enquire how to track my order they were very helpful in assisting me. All purchasing transactions and delivery of my order went smoothly as expected. I will be shopping at back music again for sure.”

“Really want to like this company as their prices are really competitive. They didn't meet their 2 day promise and I had to ring up twice to understand exactly what was going on with my order. I ordered on the 31st Oct - Received 9th Oct. Both the two lads taking the calls on customer service were great and updated my order details as well as speaking to despatch to organise delivery. Seemed to me the issues are related to a chaotic and not very well managed logistics operation. The two stars are for the two lads who looked into my order but not sure if I would order from them again and I rated the optional stars for customer service as 5.”

“I,purchased a Fazely guitar case from Bax for a fender strat I was so pleased with it I ordered another for my epiphone lp the case was sent via gls parcel service,however Bax must have changed companies and the next case was sent via Hermes It was promised to arrive on the 3/11/20 at the time of writing 09/11/20 it has still not arrived!.the excuse from Hermes is that it would not fit in the van the box would be no more than 44"x16".Bax needs to check online and see how many complaints Hermes has against them as Hermes is letting Bax and their customers down.”

“Fazley GC 200 Guitar Case for Models with 6-In-Line Headstock. For around £40 delivered this is a superb value guitar case that will provide plenty of protection for storage and light gigging. My Strat style guitar fits snug so will not move around and the interior of the case is adequately lined. Comparing this to my genuine Gibson case, the only real difference is the quality of the hardware and (being really picky) the vinyl covering has a more obvious overlap on the bottom join than the Gibson, having said that it is neat and uniform. The stitching at the top provides a quality feel. Delivery was quick and communication good.”

“This is the second fazley tele I've bought, the first was for a friend.just needed a few tweeks which were as follows, Polish frets,oil fret board, smooth saddle grubs,set intonation,adjust pick up height.now brilliant,sounds great,looks great,plays great.would be happy to gig all night with this,if we ever get to play live again. Gonna put a vid on youtube in a few days of me wangin on it. I'll stick a link on for anybody who might be interested.”
