“Upgraded my small studio speakers to adam audio t7v. Used Bax music as they had the best online price . Speakers arrived in 4 days. Well packaged . Speakers sound amazing in my small studio . Would use Bax music again as the price and service was excellent .”

“I had made the decision to upgrade my studio monitors due to the fact that my smaller speakers could not project any bass ....and having to guess at what was happening to it is probably not best mixing practice. I decided to go with the Rokit RP7 g4 as being the best fit in my small studio, the specs seemed right, KRK are a massive brand and they have the very useful iPhone App to set the speakers up and tune them to the room. BAX had the best price on the web and with a Black Friday deal on top, sorted! The speakers turned up on time via UPS, however one of the boxes was was pretty bashed up when it arrived, which made me instantly :-( Not to worry however, there was a box within a box, within a box and lots of cushioning around the speakers. All turned out well, :-) The speakers were easy to connect and they sound great. I used the iPhone App when I finally got the right connectors and all is well. The good stuff: -well packaged -easy to connect and set up with App -great sound -I now have bass The not so good stuff: -the App connectors required had to be sourced from Amazon. You need to connect: iPhone Lightning>mini jack (stereo)>standard jack (Stereo) lead split to x2 mono standard jacks ....then into speakers. (There are other ways of doing it but just as fiddly, if you have not got the connectors to hand) Might be a good idea to give/sell a lead (or the option of adding a lead) with the speakers when purchasing. All that said ....I'm a happy customer with some great new speakers!”

“I ordered the irig for my partner after my partner had emailed to ask if the android cable was in with it and he was told yes to then receive the product and not have the cable. Now he has had to spend money on buying the cable which is not cheap. Will not be buying again.”

“The connecting parts arrived broken and the stand is unable to be erected securely. Despite promoting the address, no one responsed to the emails sent to their customer ‘services’ and a total of 4 were sent over 3 days.”

“Been shopped with Bax Music for years now and I may have been one of the super lucky customers as I have always had a first class service and great products when I do my purchases. As a performing artist, I have had various products purchased whether by myself or someone on my team and had never experienced a delay nor bad product. Highly recommended from my point of view and experiences and will be shopping again with the franchise in the hear future.”

“Great price, quick service. I was not aware amplifier would be delivered in a different package to the mains lead, no problem. However, couriers dropped the amp parcel off two streets away to a young man who was very honest and put it in his car and drove it round to me.”

“Dreadful service! Ordered November 23rd and still not despatched by December 3rd despite them stating it would be delivered by November 26th! Only automated email responses received to a couple of emails amd the rest got no response! Refund requested December 3rd...... Lets see how that goes!! Won't be using again. Very disappointing.”

“Bax Music | order invoice J306299326 (1203340841) I have placed an order for "Devine Blitz Pa portable system" which contains two big speaker one mixer and mic and whole package should weigh about 21kg. The package delivery date was 28/11/20 but delivered in 01/12/20. But problem started when the Harmes courier delivered the item it was only power lead cable in a small tiny box ! I was shattered ! I have asked the courier they said this is the item they have in the particular tracking number provided by the sender. So I have contacted the BAX-SHOP for this and explained the situation.They said the lead cable was not fitting in the original package that's why they have send it in a separate parcel and main large package is on the way, because of Hermes unusual delay it is taking little longer.They send me another link for tracking the large package via email, but horribly it was showing nothing since last three days. So I have contacted them again and again but they are not responding my queries.lastly one officer answer my phone and said in system showing item has been delivered ! I have told him, in 01/12/20 some one from you said item is on the way but now you are saying it has been delivered ! what does it means?? No reasonable answer has given instead he hanged out phone by saying " matter will be investigated and will let you know ASAP. But its never happened. Now I have read all the reviews in Google and found that I am being scumed .There are lots of other people also complaining about this site. I have paid £152 for this "Devine blitz PA speaker system" and now at the verge of loosing whole money for nothing. I am still waiting......!!!”

“Best price at time of looking. Other big named stores did not have it in and 4 week delay to when they would receive it. Had a question as once order placed it was stated 'not in stock,'. I emailed immediately and had a quick response confirming it was in and being processed. Arrived securely packaged in a quick time. Casio PX 870 is a great quality and sounding instrument. Would recommend Bax based on my experience”
