“Told me item would arrive 23.12.24. I ensured I was in all day, only to call toward the end of the day as I'd heard nothing for them to tell me it wasn't arriving....probably not until after Christmas. Then on 27th, after hearing nothing again, I called and was asked, 'Do I still want the ordered items?' - whilst the thought of parting with £3000.00 and receiving nothing in return was tempting, I decided to go ahead and say I did, yes. To which they had to make a whole new order up. Poor communication, poor customer service, unimpressed. At least the lady on the phone was nice. Then they request feedback for my experience....careful what you wish for.”

“This is a high quality padded bass guitar strap. It’s very well made and is comfortable even for extended playing sessions. BAX use Parcel Force, which means they can’t really guarantee on which day your purchase is going to arrive. The strap arrived later than I had asked for, but was probably caught up in the Christmas mail.”

“Scam website. Paid extra for Saturday delivery. No notification of dispatch. No tracking reference . When calling through the representative hung up on me. When calling through a second time the representative hung up on me. Ignored emails. No refund. Reported to trading standards.”

“I have had an email to ask for a review for the desk saver I ordered and it still hasn't arrived. I usually buy from another company but thought I would try Bax for delivery time. I hope I will get this before Christmas as it is a present.”

“After two weeks, 5 emails not replied to and over a hour on calls I still haven’t recived my order. I was to that they shipped it to parcel force and it’s with them and they have a delay. After speaking to parcel force they have no such delay and I’m being fobbed of. I would advise not to go with the cheaper option with this company and spend a little more else we’re. I’m giving them 7 more days before taking it to my bank to investigate.”

“Far from the quickest when it comes to asking question and even then their good at going around your request/question. Delivery was OK it got to me are the correct time. Produce wise I purchased a FC318 SC Jnr Guitar for my son. It's OK (ish) I had to spend 3 hours filing down the fret end otherwise you would lose fingers Very sharp to the point of being bloody dangers. Having replaced the Tail bridge with a good one, the one suppled is a fixed version so setting up the guitar is almost imposable. I replaced the Machine heads (total cost and Extra £40 for the lot) the guitar is now very playable. So don't buy this guitar unless you are willing and able to put some time in to get it up to a standard.”

“Bought singular beat buddy good delivery arrived on time small box inside large box no packaging in side large box small box rolling around inside with loose plug (no computer cable included ),unfortunately not what I expected so have to send back returns seems to be straight forward. hopefully refund will be quick and easy all in all seam’s good company shame about poor packaging”

“Save your hope, time and money! Been let down twice: 1 - Been waiting for a USB for THE WHOLE SUMMER OF "24 for 12/13 weeks and been postponed from one week to another to end-up asking for refund 2 - They've managed to ruin my Black Friday hope, to realise within days that there is no item and indeed a deal seemed to good to be true for a standalone unit; and again, end-up asking for refund. I gave up any hope in Bax Music and looking forward to shop somewhere else.”

“The Company on a hole are very good but The delivery company they use are very, very bad. I am still waiting for my parcel. A week later, from delivery date I wish this was the first time but all 3 times I have ordered. With bax .music This has happened. So be very careful with ordering if you need something ASAP.”

“Purchased the Fezley Lp318 arrived at pickup point on time, packaging was ok. The guitar looks good but needed setting up correctly massive amounts of buzzing, replaced the strings and adjusted neck, intonation etc. Now it plays and sounds great. I believe if you took the time to set up the guitars before shipping, you would have a lot happier customers. 7/10”

“Truly awful! Ordered new guitar and was offered date 5 December as in stock. Nothing arrived, no phone call. Chased on 6 December to be told it had not been collected and they had no idea of when it would be collected...excuse 'we have sold too much and can't meet delivery dates'. Read the reviews. Poor service. I wish I had done more research before ordering. I will now get my credit card company to refund.”
