“Bought a B stock Gretsch electric guitar from Bax. Came in original box which was ripped but found the guitar to be spotless. No marks, scratches or dinks. Plays like a dream, really happy with purchase.”

“I am also waiting for my instrument to arrive, ordered a week ago, no tracking information, apparently packed on the 29th but now lost. Fobbed off the first time I phoned, an investigation now started. Very disappointing as I have used Bax before with no problem. No communication except these invites to review my new purchase!! Advised to phone back next week!!!!!”

“Ordered on 28th.November 2024, its been a week now and still haven't recieved my order. Tracking just says 'Advised' everytime i go to tracking. I have emailed twice but as yet no reply. Where is my order ?”

“My partner paid £1630 on Thursday 28 November with her credit card using my account to purchase 2 x Technics 1210 MK7 turntables which included Saturday 30th November delivery, it is now Thursday 5th December (1 week) and they still haven’t been delivered, in fact they don’t even know where they are and the staff don’t seem interested and keep saying about the delivery fee that has been refunded and nothing about the other £1620 of turntables, I have a tracking number which is not recognised by Parcelforce and none of the staff seem interested that I haven’t received my turntables or when I will receive them. I will think twice before using them again as they are only interested in continuous orders and not the customers who have already paid, they have said there is now an investigation into what is happening but I will be contacting the credit card company if they don’t arrive this week. They do not reply to emails and when I called and asked to speak to a Manager/Supervisor I was told that isn’t possible, If you do order from them do not pick delivery by Parcelforce, choose the other 2 courier’s as the items come from there warehouse abroad and Parcelforce don’t log them until your delivery hits the UK”

“Ironically I've been invited by Bax Music to review the Amplifier they have yet to deliver. I ordered it a week ago. Payment went straight through followed by a customer Service email to say the Amplifier had left their w Warehouse. It included a link to Parcel Force with a tracking number. It was sent 24 Express. Well the 24 working day hours passed, day after day. Nothing on the tracking number. Says they haven't received the Amplifier. I have written twice to Bax Customer Service. They haven't replied at all.... Until they requested I review the amplifier. Something is quite right. Perhaps the company only has a shipping office in Folkestone and the warehouse is in the Netherlands. Maybe they are waiting for B stock returns or A Stock from China. It's a mistery to me. I'm disappointed that's all. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.”

“I have always had excellent service from Bax music. My tip would be not to pay extra for UPS delivery because I found their service left a lot to be desired. But for great quantity instruments and prompt service Bax is up there with the best.”

“I've been using my Neumann NDH-30 headphones for the past week since purchasing from BAX. First off, thanks BAX for the amazing shopping experience! Easy ordering and lightspeed delivery. The headphones have been an absolute revelation, extremely transparent and no colour to speak of. Perfect reference headphones, no manufactured low, mid or high end. Only buy these headphones if your serious about your work!”

“Still waiting on refund after two items in my bundle weren't delivered. Customer services doesn't follow up and effective doesn't seem to want to action anything despite sending pictures that match couriers of only 1 box (pedals) not a digital piano and stand. Really poor service.”
