This is the worst musical instrument/audio equipment shop I have ever dealt with in 35 years as a musician/producer/audio engineer. Their customer service is virtually non existent. The order I placed was 2 weeks late. I had to send it back for a refund and then had to wait a month for it to be processed. It took me 18 phone calls to Bax Music to get it sorted. The refund wasn't agreed until I threatened legal action. They screen calls to make sure that they do not have to speak to you right away, they do you off with a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries" who then promises call backs. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Bax Music packed my order in a box that was several times too large (we're talking about a ~1.7m long box for a ~0.5m long item), completely open and with huge metal staples sticking out at odd angles. The staples cut my hand open while moving the stupidly large box inside. The item inside was not sealed in any way. Hard to recommend them after this.

Once purchased this drum kit I was very informed by email. Kit arrived on time and in immaculate condition. Great value for money. Brilliant overall experience shopping with Bax Music and will definitely shop with them again.

Excellent bit of kit easy to use and program . its the first bit of kit ive got for my studio and im already thinking of getting a second . i would recommend to anyone thinking of getting it to do it you wont regret it

My Bax purchased Jackson V really has helped with my 3rd midlife crisis and goes nicely with my sportscar and archery equipment. 10/10. Would relive my misspent teenage years again.

Marvellous little tuner , bought this to replace an identical one I bought in Japan twelve years ago . It works very well , convenient to use when your out and about , it's not a replacement for a serious chromatic tuner , but will sort out wayward guitars when your not at home with no means of tuning a guitar . My main qualm was the extraordinary high postage rate charged , that lost it two stars .

The telecaster itself is perfectly fine and plays well however the pickups could be a lot better as it doesn't sound like a telecaster should

Bought the Fender cover for the Rumble 100 as it was on a good offer. Fits perfectly and you can access the handle when it's on. There isn't any padding so if you are a working musician you might look for something more substantial but it will keep the dust off and prevent any scuffs etc. Arrived in just a couple of days which suggests some of the brexit issues have been sorted now (the Rumble 100 Amp took almost 3 weeks which I ordered just as the new import rules were being established).

If it was possible to give a negative number of stars I would. I placed an order for a Fender Squire guitar & amp pack plus guitar stand on 7th February 2021 advertised as next day delivery, as the order was placed the delivery changed to a three day delivery. I thought that I was supporting a UK company, so I was surprised to find that the items were actually being shipped from the Netherlands. The items did arrive at the UPS depot in Stanford Le Hope, Essex on the 9th February 2021 but no attempt to deliver was made. After contacting Bax regarding this unacceptable delay I cancelled the order on the 13th February and requested an immediate refund. I was advised to just wait and refuse to accept the delivery when the items arrived and they would be returned to sender & a refund issued. I suggested that Bax contact UPS directly & arrange for the items to be redirected as return to sender, unbelievably they said that they did not know how to do that. So I contacted UPS directly to obtain the information for returns & forwarded this information to Bax to action, which they did & the parcels have been redirected. Several phone calls & emails later and no reply to last email & no resolve so I was left with no option but ask my bank to start drawback proceedings. The bank made a full refund two days later. One item, I don’t know which has been returned to Holland the other is still sitting in the UPS depot. This order was placed on 7th February and today’s date is 8th May.

Yamaha psre463 has uneven gaps between keys.return process is impossible i have no printer.so am stuck with badly made keyboard.

I BOUGHT REASON 11, A MOUNTH AFTER STILL NOT PRODUCT. THEY ONLY GAVE ME THE REGISTRATION CODE BUT NOT THE LICENSE NUMBER. THEY DONT REPLY EMAILS, PHONE CALLS ARE ONLY TO RECEPTION AND THEY SOLVE NOTHING, NOT EVEN WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND. I HAVE STILL NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE.

The double french horn I purchased arrived on time and in good condition. The price was amazingly low and the quality of the instrument very good for the price. The return and refund arrangements are very generous and client friendly, enabling a prolonged period of testing before having to accept the transaction.

My order was made before 11pm on the day with a promise that it would be delivered by weds the 28 April Hadn’t arrived by the 30th so I called Bax explaining the situation They were very apologetic but I said if they can’t keep the promise of delivery by the courier( that they blamed for the delay) then they shouldn’t say it on the website! I was very annoyed that it didn’t arrive when they said it should! They did proceed to give me £10 off next purchase but when I tried to use it it didn’t work! Very dissatisfied customer!! Piece of kit I bought is great though
