Where is my vocal booth? I still have recieved no information after it was not delivered as predicted four days ago. You also need to install more phone lines. Contact by phone is near impossible.

How do i get a refund as you still haven't delivered the product I ordered after 9 days. I have rang up every day. This is the worst service I have ever received. According to hermes it is out for delivery and has been since Friday.
