“Innox IGS folding guitar stand, I bought two, wish I had got four, great little stand and an unbeatable price. Good service from Bax Music, came the day after delivery date but I'm in mid Wales so expect that. I don't think it'll be long before I'm shopping at Bax Music again.”

“Really an excellent service, the guitars that bax sell ie: budget maybe very well priced but trust me you wont be dissapointed, recently purchased a Fazely tele which is finished better than my tele squire and sounds just as good for a fraction of the price ! on the strength of that purchace i brought the Fazely headless guitar, which honestly i would put up against my stienberger any day of the week, its amazing ! i wish i had found Bax earlier, i would have saved myself a fortune ! easy to use website, updates on deliveries and pretty much from ordering to front door in a week, 100% excellent service, my number 1 goto for new kit, but dont go on my words alone, check them out, and if your not impressed which i highly doubt then the returns process is quick and easy too, i rarely leave reviews but for Bax and the overall service i felt i had to, they deserve it 100%”

“The prices were very competitive. The delivery was poor. I appreciate this was probably down to the courier Hermès - but Bax select the couriers. The customer service team worked hard to resolve the situation and were very helpful.”

“Great service, beautiful ukulele! I’m so happy with my choice of ukulele and my purchase with Bax Music. Considering I’ve never purchased from this site before, the whole experience from start to finish was impeccable. On completing my order I received an confirmation email and delivery date. The order arrived within 3 days and as you can see from the photo, it arrived in an outer sturdy box, then the manufacturer box, before the ukulele itself in it’s protective case. Very reassuring to see the care taken for the uke to arrive in perfect condition. I even received a complimentary uke booklet! The case is luxurious, thickly padded with a plush inner lining and will a neat colourful embroidered badge. It has carrying straps and a smooth zip, another sign of quality. The ukulele itself is fitting of its price tag and absolutely beautiful. If you’re an intermediate player like myself it’s a perfect size and serious enough quality level to take travelling. I’m sure it’s perfectly suited to beginner and advanced player too depending on your budget. But this is money we’ll worth spending, I love this instrument, it’s easy to play, got a mellow tone and a surprising decent volume considering it’s shallow body. The engineered rounded back takes care of the extra volume so Kala have designed this model perfectly balanced for tone while staying compact for traveling. Finally I found the Bax Music website easy to use and navigate. I didn’t really need to use the chat facility because I knew exactly what I wanted! Thanks for a great service 😊”

“Bax Music very good but courier's in my case Hermes very poor put in an order on the 4/6/2021 one part arrived on the 10/6/2021 still waiting on the second part on writing this review on 15/6/21 even though all had been sent together got a msg from Hermes to say parcel was large and would be delivered in 48rs (over 48hrs ago) so definitely not 5 day delivery”

“I've ordered from BAX before and the experience was great. With Brexit having now made it more difficult to order from the EU (VAT to add and possible other Customs and Carriage charges), I initially didn't consider BAX for this purchase. However, it is so simple. VAT is already added and the carriage is FREE. You simply pay the price you see then sit back and wait for your goods to arrive. And, speaking of price, the items I bought cost me £40 LESS than they would if I'd bought them in any of the shops I checked out in the UK. I definitely recommend you get these guys out.”

“Bax Music send me an email asking to review them, so here’s my honest review. I purchased a light from them. It took 5 days to arrive. On the website they show the light in black and silver, however there’s no option to choose which one you want, so they decide for you and just send out a random colour. With my luck, I received the colour I didn’t want. It states it comes with a U.K. plug, but in fact it just a U.K. adapter. When I opened the box I immediately noticed that the cable was badly damaged. I took a photo and sent it to them, but had no reply so far.”

“The number of options available to headphone buyers might be daunting. For several years, I've been listening to open-back design headphones, and I've tested a variety of models with a variety of reference tracks in the hopes of finding a better alternative to my existing headphones, which I use for both music listening and sound editing. I'd like something that is relatively accurate and has a smooth motion. I'd like the one, that's pretty accurate and has a smooth frequency response, but comfort and cost are also important considerations in determining the best headphone for my needs. The Sennheiser HD 600 headphones are a good example of this. When compared to the others that live in my backpack for listening to music on my commute or while travelling, I prefer listening to music on these significantly more. There are many headphones that cost more than others, as well as many headphones that cost less. The Sennheiser HD 600 headphones strike a good balance between audio quality and value for money. Spend more, and you'll enter the region of diminishing returns, which is aimed at audiophiles who are willing to part with their hard-earned cash. You won't get their smooth, accurate, warm sound if you spend less, but there are plenty of worthy rivals. Overall a great quality, amazing sounding set of headphones at a very competitive price. I am super happy with them.”

“WELL I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE DIY SELF BUILD FAZLEY ELECTRIC GUITAR & THE ALWAYS CHEERFUL DELIVERY MAN. AS FOR THE GUITAR ITSELF I TRUELY BELIEVE YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER WITH SUCH VERY GOOD QUALITY PARTS & FINISH ANYWHERE FOR THE PRICE. HOWEVER YOU DO NEED SOME BUILDING KNOWLEDGE OF GUITARS AS THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS SUPPLIED IN THE PACKAGE. INSTRUCTION IS AVAILABLE FROM THE INTERNET IF REQUIRED. PERSONALLY I,M VERY PLEASED WITH MY GUITAR & THE BAX MUSIC PEOPLE. MANY THANKS ,ROGER..”
