“Great customer service with a fast delivery of a stonking Sire H7 Larry Carlton - it was a B stock purchase but in mint condition. This Sire model is fantastic value for money with wonderfully warm and well-voiced humbucker pickups and an ebony fretboard. Buy an H7 if you are looking for an ES335-type guitar and want great build quality and a very playable instrument.”

“The only problem was with the ups delivery. Ups tell you that they've collected the item and it will be delivered on a particular day and the reality is that the item is still in Holland. This was brilliantly and professionally explained to me by a member of the Dutch Bax team. When an issue is honestly and clearly explained it makes it so much better. The problem appears to be out of their control and otherwise everything was fine, hence my 4stars. I would definitely use them again but allow for more time. Thank you Bax :)”

“The Devine 10 meter Stage Box 12-4 purchased was good value for money. The build quality excellent ( this comment is not detrimental for Bax Music or Devine but adding additional TRS sockets to these types of Stage Boxes can be handy ). My only minor comment is with reference to Parcelforce and that is whatever the suggested delivery date is be prepared for your delivery to possibly be a day or two later than promised ( this may be just due to recent strike action and the subsequent fall out ). Re Bax Music and the ordering process - very slick - easy and prompt communication. Thank You.”

“I PURCHASED MY FIRST ACOUSTIC GUITAR AND IT ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WELL WRAPPED UP AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL I WORK AT WITHOUT ANY DELAYS. THE GUITAR ITSELF IS BEAUTIFUL AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO LEARNING HOW TO PLAY IT THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THIS YEAR”

“Great tuner, very pricey but looks like it’s well made, very accurate and quick, worth the money. Have to say, BAX shipped instantly, great service but no points for BAX sending a tiny tuner in a massive cardboard box, not saving trees then.”

“Sometimes low prices, but they ship slowly from the Netherlands with European power supplies and adapters that don't meet UK's Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994. BAX won't do anything about this other than arrange a return and refund of the whole unit. That's a whole lot of wasted CO2 and agro. Don't let the .co.uk website or Folkestone address fool you. Our delivery was 2 days late, and customer service extremely slow at times, often with no response at all to emails. They did say that a refund was the only option fairly early on and refunded the full amount in the end, hence a courtesy extra star.”

“Nice guitar and great value for money. well packaged. However on receipt a fault was quickly discovered in that the jack socket was found to be faulty. The jack plug when inserted was so loose it would not stay in place. While this was a quick fix for me, for someone perhaps buying their first guitar it could have meant it having being returned to BAX for repair. More of a worry is that it indicates the guitar was not checked before despatch. Otherwise I would have given the guitar a five star rating.”
