Far from the quickest when it comes to asking question and even then their good at going around your request/question. Delivery was OK it got to me are the correct time. Produce wise I purchased a FC318 SC Jnr Guitar for my son. It's OK (ish) I had to spend 3 hours filing down the fret end otherwise you would lose fingers Very sharp to the point of being bloody dangers. Having replaced the Tail bridge with a good one, the one suppled is a fixed version so setting up the guitar is almost imposable. I replaced the Machine heads (total cost and Extra £40 for the lot) the guitar is now very playable. So don't buy this guitar unless you are willing and able to put some time in to get it up to a standard.

Purchased the Fezley Lp318 arrived at pickup point on time, packaging was ok. The guitar looks good but needed setting up correctly massive amounts of buzzing, replaced the strings and adjusted neck, intonation etc. Now it plays and sounds great. I believe if you took the time to set up the guitars before shipping, you would have a lot happier customers. 7/10

Great turnaround and good snare. Just really disappointed that my Sela cajon just doesn't sound 'snarey' even with the extra snare 😞

I bought a Roland Gaia 2 (not B Stock), and got a B Stock unit. The box had been opened and the re-packing was not great. There were fingerprints on the front panel. So, full price but a B Stock experience. The synth works fine, a soft cloth and a factory reset sorted that out. But it's not what I paid for... certainly my last Bax purchase. There are loads of retail options.

Tension bolts were rusty on brand new items. They don't grip too well and take considerable time to fit and remove. Design choices are a little odd, considering they are made using solid & heavy duty metal etc. Just don't mount very well. The mic adjustment boom is fine, but the spring rod & tension screw idea isn't well executed. Glad they were reduced.

They actually had stock of the custom power supply I needed for my Waldorf keyboard and at a reasonable price. However, postage costs were high for a small item and the packaging box arrived damaged with a big tear in that the supply could have fallen out of. I suspect that this was done deliberately somewhere in the postal system because the box had Bax Music all over it and someone thought there might be something valuable inside. I would suggest Bax use postal boxes that are anonymous to stop this happening.

A small item packed in a huge box. I did wonder why the postage was so expensive. The item was a little bashed up but still functional. There was zero packaging cushioning inside the box, so it just rattled around in there!

I bought a Cort G280 select for the bargain price of £248 and I'm happy about that. However, the guitar was the last one in stock and that usually in my experience means it's been returned by a customer. This was no exception as it wasn't packed correctly in the box and was covered in grubby fingerprints (the usual tell tale signs). I've bought quite a few guitars recently and have no problems with spending a bit of time setting them up. This guitar required two whole days of correcting lots of issues with it's playability as everything was totally off and needed adjusting. The top E string wasn't even connected to the tuning peg and was just flopping around in the box too. Now that it's all done, this is a really nice guitar. The pickups sound beautiful and strat like, with a clear bell like tones. The neck is super smooth and well finished and the guitar itself looks really classy. If it had arrived looking brand new and reasonably playable I would have given it five stars.

Ordered a lighting bridge truss. Arrived with no physical signs of any damage to the outer packaging. Started to assemble it only to find one of the clamping knobs damaged as well as one of the top hats. Immediately emailed customer service. After a few days and no reply (seems to be the normal), had no option but to put the stand into service (was bought for a job), and with no where to store the cardboard boxes, they were promptly put to recycling. Eventually a reply from Max -- they wanted the full thing back, just for the sake of a star knob and cap that would have fitted in a small envelope!!! Explained that the unit was now on a job and the packaging was gone, could they send just the replacement items -- was told NO!!! the full thing had to go back. What an absolute mega impact on the carbon footprint to send the very large boxes all the way back, to have a replacement one sent back out again, all for the sake of what could have been a very small box or Jiffy bag. Gave up trying to reason with Bax, and ordered replacements from Amazon. £9 for 12 of them!!. This is not the first time this has happened with stands from them. Will think seriously about ordering again due to poor customer service, considering the amount I have spent with them over the past couple of years.

Tracking didn't work during delivery and I had to phone when item didn't arrive on expected day, eventually arrived the next day. A little disappointed when I opened my outer packaging to find the inner packaging of my £850 purchase squashed at one end and also covered in dust. Surely a couple of minutes to inspect and clean the box before packing wouldn't be asking too much? Luckily there was no damage to the unit due to the manufacturers internal protection. Further disappointment when I unpacked to find it was fitted with a Euro plug instead of a UK 3 pin plug so I had to contact Bax Music again and am now waiting on delivery of the correct power lead before I can test my new purchase. Its the little details than can make all the difference.

Product and service as expected but guys, come-on. The packaging was way over size for the contents of a pack of strings and a string winder that I expected to arrive in a jiffy-bag style envelope. As such delivery was delayed beacuse the post-office couldn't deliver as I was out at work. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

Guitar arrived inside a huge Bax box & would have been rattling around/should have been packed better.Nothing on outer box to say fragile or handle with care !. Good email communications & arrived on time.Outer box also damaged when received.Feel lucky all was ok.More care should have been taken.

I bought a table top music stand Konig & Meyer 12400. The item arrived later than expected as the delivery was advertised as Parcelforce 24. When it did arrive on January 8 the exterior package was compromised and a very large hole was present and the content (the stand itself) a much smaller box was rattling around inside as there was no packaging. So, someone thought it appropriate at Bax to send my item without packaging within an unnecessary very large box which I'm itself got torn opened. My wife accepted the package on my behalf as she thought she was doing the right thing. I wouldn't have. Is the music stand okay. Yes it is. But please more appropriate packaging.

it’s a great website and I got the exact product I was buying which is great! The downfall was the postage, I had hoped to receive it before Christmas and it was promised as to arrive before Christmas on the Thursday to be exact and it never arrived. It arrived on the Thursday the week after so it was a whole week late arriving! I was disappointed as was hoping to use it for Christmas.

Yo fellow rockers! I've been wanting a Kramer guitar forever! Finally got my chance to pick up a left handed Kramer striker from bax music. The guitar was extremely well packaged. a box in a box with a fabric cover. Looks awesome and exactly what I wanted. I read a lot of reviews online and through YouTube about the striker series having some QC issues and Unfortunately it seems my guitar didn't escape this problem. The action was set super high, turns out this is because some of the high 20 frets are dead. The 2 single coil pickups were wobbly and are tightened up properly so I'm not quite sure the issue here. the Top string is nearly off the fret-board at high frets, this is because the saddles have gaps where there shouldn't be gaps. Further investigation shows the screw holes have been badly done. Tuners were loose creating some buzz too. On the plus side, its a awesome looking guitar. I have remedied most of the issues by adjusting the truss rod in the neck. I'm guessing it was in storage for a long time and its warped the neck a little. The locking nut seems to have been fitted a bit high too so I may have to sand it down (though this would void any warranty - 3 years with bax) As this guitar has been discontinued in lefty form at least I've decided to keep it despite the issues. If you can set up guitars yourself, then its not too bad otherwise you need to put a fair amount of money aside for a luthier to set it up properly. The pickups are pretty good, floyd rose special seems ok so far and holds tuning pretty well. once ive got the relief in the neck correct i think it will play pretty nice and will likely fix the fret issues. Im debating getting these looked at by warranty though as they should be covered. If you can put up with the dodge QC then the guitars are awesome and pretty cheap. Probably shouldn't have the issues they have especially as Gibson own Kramer but I'm still relatively happy with my purchase. It's also worth pointing out that Bax themselves are nothing to do with the QC issues that are well documented online. Gibson should really address the issues! Happy to take Gibson LP as a apology 😁 Long live the 80's rock machines! if you want to see my unboxing and mild review then you can check it out at my YouTube channel https://youtu.be/iwjGug8onu4?si=OeiBWV7JTxh1TncP (drop me a like and Subscribe haha) and comment if you went there from my review

The DAP butterfly latches were perfect and at a killer price but the dispatch email, sent at 23:02 on 16th Oct informing me my package was on it's way with a delivery date of 19th, turned out to be incorrect; the package was actually delivered at 09:20 on 20th, which in itself wasn't a big deal because the latches were neither of high value nor needed in a hurry. HOWEVER - the package was sent via Parcel Force Express 24, the shipping lable was date-stamped 17/10/23 and Parcel Forces' tracking history shows the package wasn't scanned into their depot till 20:30 on 19th, almost three days later! This begs the question: where was the package between 23:02 on 16th and 22:30 on 19th? Was it lost somewhere in Bax's dispatch department (in which case Bax have a problem) or are Bax are charging customers for the Express 24 service they aren't receiving from Parcel Force - in which case Bax STILL have a problem. Judging by several other customers comments Bax need to have a look at what's going on with their shipping process. If this had been a high value item, or something needed the next day, I'd have been an unhappy and concerned customer.
