“More than £100 cheaper than the item was being sold for on Early Music. Delivery excellent. This recorder has a good tone and, for the price is an excellent instrument. The one I received had very stiff joints but I’m sure they will ease after time.”

“Bought singular beat buddy good delivery arrived on time small box inside large box no packaging in side large box small box rolling around inside with loose plug (no computer cable included ),unfortunately not what I expected so have to send back returns seems to be straight forward. hopefully refund will be quick and easy all in all seam’s good company shame about poor packaging”

“Sire T7 Tele arrived. Parcel Force dropped it out of delivery van! On checking it was OK. Minimum packing. Outside box should have been packed with protective substance. Guitar was inside a Sire cardboard box and seemed OK. Needed set up. Neck bowed and intonation way out. I have fixed it but low E string can’t be pulled back far enough to intonate! Shame as after all that work it’s a bloody great guitar. String change tomorrow and I’ll try and cut the spring on the low E saddle? A set up would have been welcome?”

“I love synths but not deep on synthesis creation. Need fast easy to access presets to play with and learn. This is the first synth I’ve ever had ( I’ve had plenty ) that is enjoyable to create your own sounds. The illustrated and animated mini screen is actually awesome at telling you, in real time, how your effecting the sound. The layout makes sense, the controls are intuitive and fun. And the sounds are sublime. Really impressed with this unit so far, very enjoyable to play and use.”

“Nothing wrong with Bax Music ,it’s just the accordion gig bag I purchased, One review said it fits like a glove, that’s the problem it fits too tight I’m having Difficulty sipping it up,could do with having a bit more wiggle room, not much room for the straps, have to be careful sipping round the corners of the keyboard liable to scratch them with sip , otherwise it’s a good sturdy well made gig bag”

“Microphone received promptly & in working order but packaging leaves a lot to be desired in as much as, the lack of packaging material - in the box containing mic-box - allowed the contents to rattle around inside...not a great idea. I was not at home for the delivery so Parcel Force driver left my parcel on my front-doorstep in full view of passing traffic..not impressed PF..!”

“Purchased a Pioneer DJ PLX-500 Turntable at the best price from BAX. Delivery was efficient and very well packaged. Contacted customer services about missing items but little help. Found the parts when preparing to send back as a return. If you buy this item, the pick-up etc is buried inside the styrofoam packing, not obvious. Now, very happy with my purchase, it's excellent quality and value for money.”

“Good price, fast delivery. One star off for poor packaging. Item was rattling around, fortunately the manufacturers box was very good. The power supply was not boxed but was undamaged.”

“Your price was the lowest I could find for u-He Diva. Auto communication was good, with order and payment confirmation emails received quickly. However, it was disappointing to wait 24 hours for the download, your competitors offer immediate downloads. I was aware that on the product page it did state that there would be a few days delay for delivery (I ordered and paid for it on a Saturday, your web page stated delivery Tuesday whereas you did provide me with a d/load code on Sunday, which I was very happy with.) If you could fix it so that customers had an immediate download, that would make for a better customer experience. Apart from that, everything else was good.”

“delivery was on time and efficient, however there was a little chip on the underside of the guitar. The box was perfect, so I don't think it happened in transit to me It's not severe enough to justify sending back but a little disappointing all the same”

“Hi Guys, I ordered a music stand for my digital piano, together with a piano stall and a useful piano cover, to keep the piano dust free when not being used. I have no complaints with these items. They arrived as described and undamaged. However, I had received a message from Bax Music to inform me the items would be delivered on 28 May 2024. They included tracking information which proved to be of no use as the courier's website hadn't updated it's records. So I waited in for the items on the 28th, but no show. They were delivered on the 29 May. No message to let me know of the delay and no way for me to check via the tracking info. Must do better Bax Music! Regards, John.”
