“BDX has good Tech support waited longer then i figured for a answer on the amount of gear grease in transmission of a Sand Sniper Go Cart. I purchased a new 170 CC engine and the shift linkage wasnt correct for my application. Had to use old Transmission Cover on new engine to make old linkages to work that was the reason for the question about the amount of gear grease in transmission. I did get the answers i was looking for.”
“Still waiting on a clutch that did not come in my performance kit. The header did not have a bracket welded on for the springs that hold the muffler tight to the connection. Don't know if I'll ever see the clutch or not. Called right away and they said it was coming but a week and half later still nothing or any kind of update. So far I have not had a good experience. Just waiting for it all to get here so I can get my kart going.”
“Dishonest and a bunch of crooks. Caught them in several lies. Wasn't notified of any "return fees" until after I had sent backbthe DAMAGED engine. Charged $286 fee. May have to take legal actions.”
“I needed a new motor for my SSR Rowdy 150 and I wanted a bit better performance and BDX had a direct replacement bolt for bolt with a heavy duty transmission and clutch with a 1 yr warranty and the shipping was very reasonable can’t wait till summer to go out scooting”
“I was happy they exchanged out the control arms. But they never sent me the bushings and after two emails saying that oh bushings are in the mail still never received and this is stopping me from getting this spider box all back together for my son”
“I bought a gas tank the cap was supposed to be included but it was missing and can't seem to get a hold of anybody to get this problem resolved if you could send me the gas cap I would be one happy man”
“Not a good experience. Order 9741. The first delivery had several parts missing from the clutch kit and the sprocket was wrong. The second delivery received missing parts from the clutch kit and again the wrong sprocket. Several calls and emails and they did not send out the correct sprocket. Called again and said never received an email, then somehow they just found and finally sent out the correct sprocket to match the original order. Staff is nice on the phone, just terrible packaging and delivery. Took seven weeks to finally receive the originally ordered parts that were clearly documented on invoice.”
“Wasn't shipped out on time, paid for 3 day ups , you cancelled ups and sent it thru post office. Shouldn't have taken over a week to get it. We're one state apart.”
