“Great people but my package was missing things. I got the option 3 front end for my spiderbox and it didn’t come with bushings for my an arms at all, the wheels and hubs didn’t come yet either. Product looks strong but need better help in the shipping department it seems”

I threatened to cancel my order after I was told on two occasions by two different people it would ship "soon". (I threatened to cancel mostly because they gave me conflicting stories, not because I was waiting) . They did what they could and shipped a partial order, then the remainder shipped when it was available.”

“let me say this if you are not mechanical incline then this is not for you there is no instructions or anything to help you with all they do is just throw all the nuts and bolts in a baggy and fit every part in the cart they can and then ship it to you but as far as the golf cart so far it is great i have almost got it together after 3 to far days working on it about 6 to 8 hours a day trying to figure out where the part goes and wich nut and bolt goes where”
“Even during their facility move the customer service has been amazing. They assisted me with an upgrade to my clone engine buggy and modified my engine mount bracket so I can plug and play. The bracket was a little off but nothing I can't fix on my own. I can't wait to get this thing back splashing in the mud. Thank you and I will definitely buy from you again!”
“The first motor I bought fit great no problems, The one I just got had no brakes and the axel was too long,. I called the company and was told a tech would call me within an hour to walk thru changing the axel from one to the other. Good thing I'm mechanicaly inclined , because I have not heard from anyone. I figured it out, I should be compensated for my time!!!!”
“Website doesn’t indicate out of stock items. Had to call after a week and see why the order hadn’t shipped. After the order arrived I got a notice a different part on order wasn’t in stock and I would be refunded. The packaging quality on my hubs was the worst I’ve ever seen. 2 raw hubs in a box with packing peanuts. Both hubs are banged up, one of them has a rotor bolt hole that got smashed and will need rethreaded. Overall a pretty disappointing experience and I’m not sure I would spend my money here again.”
