“We felt we were promised a great service but once the money was handed over and the open day was done we had no kind of service at all on day of completion the buyers turned up in our doorstep with no prior warning from Beatles that we were OK for them to hand the keys over would not recommend them to anyone”

“Poor service due to not getting regular updates on process allegedly checking prospective buyers ability to purchase by getting them into office but got feeling it was more to do with trying to get them to use their mortgage advisors products thus resulting in wasting 10 weeks to find their prospective buyer had bad credit history. Also feedback from viewers off property resulted in the fact that the estate agent showing them around couldn't answer any off their questions about house as they didn't enquire any from us the owners . Overall as much as they seemed very pleasant the service was very poor and for the price and service I will definitely use an online service next time”
“Got me in the property quickly but 'played down' some parts of the requirements for passing the credit scoring and the inventory was very selective biased towards the landlord, especially the photographs- very carefully/ skillfully taken!
It would benefit all; including your staff if this was more honest at onset. Your system caused problems also, as I was unable to email through the images I had taken to show issues from the inventory and had to print it all out and post to you, a bit expensive and unnecessary surely in 2016?”
“We found that we had to chase people up including Beals just to get things moving. We were told we would probably be able to move by end of Dec & turned out to be end of Feb.
We asked for the sane solicitor as the seller & were given different one.
