“This was the first time I had used Beauty Base. The price for the item was very good, and the item was delivered very quickly. The wife was delighted with it. Will use them again without a doubt.”

“I received an email from beauty base to leave a review for my products even though I am yet to receive my products after 11 days. I under stand the current situation we are all in but my products were apparently displayed 1 week ago! It doesn’t take one week to deliver products when it’s sent 48hours via Royal Mail. After contacting Royal Mail they are still yet to receive my order from beauty base! Terrible service first and last time using. I would like a full refund if my items are not delivered by Monday I think waiting over 2 weeks is more than long enough”

“I received an email on 15th April to say that items had been despatched. When I put in the tracking number, it wasn't recognised. I contacted seller who advised that Royal Mail were taking up to 9 working days to deliver. I've tried tracking number again today 23rd April only to discover that seller has despatched to Royal Mail on 17th April - it's not even arrived with Royal Mail yet. These items were for my mum who is on her own and is in the vulnerable group due to COVID 19 and cannot leave the house. I've ordered other items through other sites which have arrived within a few days of order. This timescale is unacceptable.”

“Received only 1 of the items out of the 3 that were ordered. Unable to get through to the contact number. Email sent via the website and a case raised with PayPal. Invoice shows 3 items. Not happy.”

“Have been a Beauty Base customer for almost 30 years, mainly at Queensway but this is my first online order and I am very impressed, the package was trackable, very well wrapped and arrived quickly. They have an extensive range perfumes including authentic 'difficult to find' brands, makeup and a good range of what we need now, hand sanitizers and antibacterial liquid soaps at very decent prices. It's a great service and will definitely reorder.”
