“(No Stars)! Do not order anything from this company. I ordered 2 outdoor WIFI cameras in Feb '19. After many months of emails ?I finally received 2 SDCards that I could have purchased for 1/3 or less of the price of the cameras. My invoice clearly reads 2 cameras & in light grey print underneath the Cameras line - 2 SDCards - naturally I thought they were accessories for the cameras.”

I paid for it and they shipped a grinding wheel which I could buy from dollar store for 2 for a dollar. When I disputed it they tried to refund me $ 3. Never buy a product from this website. “Had to open a dispute with PayPal as these people have not given me my product OR my money back after multiple requests. All they do is send me a ChinaPost tracking # which is useless and told me to go to my post office to 'ask them where my item is...'. My post office basically laughed in my face and said 'who knows, we sure don't because this is the US post office not China Post..." They advertised on FB and they took my money. I've been more than patient as the transaction is from September 14th...and as of this writing for this review Dec 14th...I've ordered stuff from China before and never waited this long. When I request my money back they refuse so now PayPal will deal with it. Let's help spread the word about this company and it's poor treatment of customers and their apathy on customer service.”

“This company is without any doubt total rip off merchants. After ordering a Multifunctional Electric Sharpener on 04/09/2019, a few weeks later I received a Grinding Wheel which I assumed had been sent separately. However when the Electric Sharpener did not arrive, I sent an e-mail to the supplier on 12/10/2019, and another one on 20/10.2019 but I didn't receive reply from either of those. Having retained the original postal package I was able to decipher a forwarding address as Unit 8, Westpoint, Middlemore Lane West, Walsall, WS9 8BG. I returned the Grinding Wheel together with an enclosed letter and a photocopy of the item that I had ordered and these were sent to this address on 28/10/2019 and I have proof of posting for that. A month has elapsed since then and I have not a response from whoever the person is being shown as "forwarder."
I believe the Standards Trading Officer for that area should be made aware of the number of similar complaints to mine which have been made for the same reason against Not only am I out of pocket by ÂŁ26.91 plus another ÂŁ1.06 postage,
they also have the Grinding Wheel which I returned back to them!!”

You get the same message it is on it's way, contact post office. Do not fall into this trap, avoid them at all costs”

I have no words for what I finally received.. PLASTIC GARBAGE best describes them. They look nothing like the photos and are most certainly not what was advertised. “I ordered a sharpener that can be changed up to sharpen different items. I ordered this back in early September and after multiple multiple promises that it would be here within 5 to 10 days I only received a little grinding wheel. I’ve contacted the people a dozen times same story every time except this last time they’re saying that I only purchased a wheel and I wentTo PayPal and checked and I guess in the fine print somewhere it must’ve said just the wheel but the advertisement was for the sharpener. I feel that I was scams and probably a lot of other people are scam to I would not buy anything from beauty buy again And I will warn everyone I can to stay away from them nothing but thieves.”
“The worst experience I have ever had with someone selling online. Do not go near this website. I found them through Facebook (yes stupid) and purchased what looked a paid of beautiful winter boots, what was delivered after 10 weeks was nothing like the pictures, the colour was bright blue, the shoe size was wrong, the lining was cheap and the boots were useless. Needless to say I sent their rubbish back. I had paid through PayPal so that was a bonus but please do not go near this site. They are thieves, inconsiderate and more importantly, they are not complying with UK trading laws, so if you pay directly with your debit card you will lose money. Warning.”
