“Bed planet had the bed I wanted at a good price, and made sure I knew about their discount. They shipped promptly, and I was pleased with the 'white glove' delivery service. “Did a lot of research and found that Bed Planet offered the best online price than anyone else. Received bed in time frame as described on website with no issues. Did call with a question and the person I spoke with was very courteous and was able to give me all the information I requested without hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a bed. This is not a paid review I am just very pleased with this company. Thank you Bed Plant I love my adjustable bed!”

“Very kind and considerate customer service - Mr. Adam Gordon! I am still waiting for the tempurpedic mattress from Tempur themself to deliver. But I got the mattress protector only 4 or 5 days after ordering. Verry prompt! I have never heard about this store before until I was searching on Google for a better deal on the mattress and they had a very good promotion. Over all, I'm glad I found them and definitely will do business with them again and again if I ever need anything in near future. Once again, thank you Mr. Adam Gordon for your wonderful customer service! I truly appreciate!”

“Was worried about ordering a mattress online but It was 400 dollars cheaper than the local store and set up was free and they even would take away our old mattress for free! Great Experience and product was perfect. The delivery guys were really nice and even took their shoes off without me asking!!”

“I ordered an adjustable bed for my 83 year old Mom from BedPlanet.com and was so pleased by the specialized treatment that we received throughout the whole process. I initially found the product and pricing online at BedPlanet.com but then called to ask a few questions and the customer service person I spoke to was so helpful!. The bed arrived earlier than the expected delivery time, and the company that came to set it up was also very professional, pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend BedPlanet.com.”
