“Great customer service! when I bought the wrong mattress online! Giselle was super informative around other choices available and sorted out the mix up with no dramas. The delivery was the next and the gentleman was very friendly and even carried my. We mattress upstairs. Thanks”

“The customer service and ease of ordering online and negotiating great prices was impressive. The delivery wasn't long at all, unfortunately only received 1 hour notice for the delivery truck rather than a discussion around suitable delivery date, but otherwise, great experience. Used all methods of communications for effective experience (Live Chat, Email, Telephone).”

“Communication could be improved. The payment was done with the order but had to ring after 4 weeks when my bed was still not delivered, was then told that I had to call Bedworks after putting my order in to confirm my order? Anyway happy with the bed , is of good quality. Please call the customer as soon as the money is transferred into your account so the order can be fast-tracked.”

“Our experience with Bedworks in store, over the phone, and with the delivery people was excellent and very positive. The ordering process was fast and stress free, the product was ready around when they said it would be, and the delivery people were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing we would say Bedworks could improve on is that the photos on the website don't do the products any justice! We bought a Clempton bed frame with drawer storage and the difference between the photo and how nice the actual bed looks in person is significant. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good bed to go in person to their showroom to look!”

“Not a very good design, The bed doesn’t sit in at all, Battens bend no centre support and all screws and joining plates are all visible from the outside which is really ugly, very disappointing, would buy from here again.”

“The service at purchase was great, the bed base and bed head is beautiful...however one of the drawers is faulty and we are waiting 2 weeks now to have it fixed. Such a shame because it beautiful and I am sure it is a quick fix to align the track in the drawer.”

“Bedworks has a good range of products both on floor and on line. Was very pleased to know they has the 2 single mattresses that I was specifically after. Staff offered help . Ben from Greenacre store was helpful knowing exactly my needs and did his very best to help me quickly with my purchases.”

“Bedworks helped me design the bed I wanted. They custom designed colours, draws and features. Service was outstanding. Delivery prompt and even the delivery personal gave me some helpful advice on assembling. I bought another bed preciously from another store, paid much more and the quality of the bed I received from Bedworks was much much better at a better price. Beds are easy to install and Australian made. 10/10.”
