Found exactly the same bed that I ordered for half the price on another website. No contact about delivery and got home to find my bed had been left outside. Reading other reviews I am dreading opening the packaging to see what the bed is like! Awful

Unfortunately this company is the worst iv ever dealt with pre paid upfront awaited 6wks 4 delivery, they arranged a time between 11am to 3pm turned up at 9,30 am I was out. Had to contact company left loads of messages no response, rang bed world following day, they said it would be getting delivered that day, awaited no one came. So rang following day, guy said the same, without even taking my name or address, joke it's like saying Yr taxi on its way. After multiple times of complaint said they would refund me however this has not come to friutation. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever products not the same as I ordered, also no labels on mattress to say what type it is very dodgy indeed. Bad bad bad

Ordered a bed for delivery Thursday Sep 24 2020, waited all afternoon to receive a call to say van had broke down, delivery was rearranged for Wednesday Sep 30th. Took day off work , waited all afternoon, no bed turned up AGAIN, no email/txt/ phone call off them, tried phoning, on hold an hour then I gave up, it was cash on delivery so they have lost out as ive now ordered elsewhere. Shocking service, definately WOULD NOT recommend.

Awful service. Told bed would arrive in 12 days been 14. Was called fri to say it would be delivered Monday - never arrived. Couldn’t get hold of anyone on the phone so used messenger for them to say it would be delivered that day- again it didn’t arrive to then be told o we messenger they have no date for my collection and someone would ‘possibly” be in contact this week. Disgusting Custer service really disappointed DONT use this company!

Would have ordered a bed but having spent 12 minutes on hold, I'm thinking customer services aren't up to much. The message repeatedly says your call is important to us, but if it really was, you'd have more staff on duty.

Such a shame customer services let this company down - product arrived on time - 3 legs & 1 wrong leg delivered - 50 minutes waiting for response to call - have to email your query in - wrong legs delivered second time of bringing problem to their attention. Still awaiting a resolution - :( :( so disappointed

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered bed in August was delivered in September onto doorstep on wrong day. No screws to attach bedhead. No joining screw. Have written complaint to head office and store where I bought it. Have rung everyday to store and always engaged - drove to store 40miles away and spoke to a man who informed me he was "Just covering for the day" never answered the phone while I was there. So rude and then told me he knew nothing about beds apart from how to sleep & *****.

Went to BedWorld in Hull, disappointment! Old grotty room with only a few beds. The pillows and mattresses had some large yellow water stains. There were bedframes with rips in them and two of the mattresses had blood stains. It was disgusting to say the least and completely different to how they are portrayed on the website. I don’t mind a discount warehouse but this was way below those standards

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Any problems with your product and they just don't want to know. Be warned you will not get your money back or the problem solved with this company! They totally ignore you for months on end then lie to you when they do reply saying it will be sorted then do nothing about it and ignore you for weeks on end again. Please don't give these cowboys your money as there are plenty of other reputable companies out there that do care! Very unhappy customer here with a faulty product from bedworld and they just don't give a damn!

i ordered a bed through woocher and bedworld was the surplier we got a text from bedworld saying our order would be with us on 25th september between 7 til 4 but we havent recieved it so was left without a bed and when rung was on hold for 1 hour and 30 min then hung up and said office closed.

missing item from order,told I'd receive item before 12 today. still waiting and calls go unanswered then engaged tone after been on the line for 1 hour. utter joke.will not be ordering again from bedworld.

Ordered 2 beds from Bedworld. When the 2nd came it was damaged slightly. They offered a refund of £25 which I accepted. On Monday the wood that holds the divan together has snapped and collapsed. It look pretty flimsy and ig was an adult sleeping on it at the time. Made contact via email and was told an exchange would be sorted. Since then when I've tried to chase them to find out how long my son will be sleeping on the floor getting no response. Terrible customer service and wont be ordering anything else I'll go elsewhere for another 2 beds I want

firstly you were supposed to deliver the bed on the Tuesday and we had a phone call to say the lorry had broken down and that the bed would be delivered the next day between 12 and 2pm.Nothing turned up and I phoned you and waited an hour to get through and eventually gave up.The bed then turned up at 4.15 with the driver saying that he was late due to the workload he had been given.The bed frame is extremely poorly made with a few staples holding the thin material to the framework and looks really cheap and nasty.Needless to say we shall not be using your company in the future.Perhaps you would care to email me with your comments

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Absolutely useless on every level. Didn’t turn up when arranged. Promised a second delivery with 2 people as delivering to a pensioner. Turn up late, with one driver, after he had been given the wrong address which caused another 3 unneeded telephone calls. Seriously I advice you avoid these people. #Useless

You have just lost an order because of the fact you do not answer the phone. I am not here to wait for periods of time now in excess of 100 minutes and waste my valuable data call time. I now believe the reviews on Trustpilot rather than your own reviews, which do not correspond with my experience to date.

Price is great, but everything else about this company is awful. Customer service is non existent, delivery was missed 3 times with no contact. Company will promise compensation left right and centre but you will never see it. Taken 5 weeks to get an acknowledgement of a complaint which is ridiculous. But be careful how you complain, as if you do it via Facebook, they will just block you so you cannot contact them!!!

with out a doubt the worse company ive come across. AVOID! ordered two beds for a value of roughly £1500 its been over a month! and I still don't have either bed in the correct design or size!

This was my second bed. The first was fine (a year ago) and I left a fantastic review. However, 5 weeks ago my second bed came with a damaged base. I called the company who agreed to give me a small refund. This was confirmed in email I have been chasing this for five weeks. For the past fortnight on Facebook Messenger and email they have promised the refund is being processed by accounts. So now I intend to campaign on social media on here and with BBC Watchdog to highlight this terrible practise. I also intend to take out a small claim via the courts. Bought a bed this month, part missing on arrival. Sent an email as none of their phones are manned at the moment. Initial reply by email then nothing. Bed useless without part. Bought from AAA beds, but Bedworld is same company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bed which came in a week however on unpacking, the divan base was completely smashed up. Contacted bedworld and sent them pics. They assured me a new bed had been sent and they would collect damaged bed. It’s now been over 2 months and still no replacement, requested a refund and they won’t refund until they have bed back. Had numerous phone calls to say they would be collecting bed and no one turns up to collect. Reported company to trading standards and hoping credit card company will be able to help us get money back. We’ve been sleeping on the floor since mid June! Never received such a horrendous service, feel so angry and upset that we are so out of pocket and got a smashed up bed stuck in our hall way so we can’t hardly get past! Can’t speak to anyone who deals with online orders or dispatching, but managed to get in touch with a store in Bristol that wouldn’t be able to help and refused to give us any contact numbers for head office. They advise you to email however no one returns your emails. PLEASE DONT EVER USE BEDWORLD!!!
