“Amazing service. Called on a Wed morning and collected from the warehouse just 2 hours later! Fabulous selection and the guys at Beer Hawk are interested in your experiences as a beer drinker. Can't believe they had Tuatara Sauvinova from NZ.”

“Signed up for beer of the month club, received an amazing assortment of beers of which i had previously tried none. Even had a sly 500ml tossed in there to make sure I didn't make work . Amazing service, not for the feint of willpower.”

“Despite me making an absolute mess of the original delivery address the team were great in sorting it out and getting a replacement to the right place. This was a gift for someone who deserved a break and I'd like to thank everyone at Beer Hawk for going out of their way to put the customer first.”

“I would not buy imported beers from anywhere else. The beer selection is fantastic, the website is easy to use and the customer services in excellent. Beer Hawk is my one stop shop for presents and a varied home selection. Keep up the great work guys.”

“Beer choice is excellent. Unfortunately, despite selecting that my order be placed in a safe place, the courier didn't do so, returning to depot - meaning 3 day delivery window was missed and beer delivered the wrong side of the weekend - when I flagged this with Beer Hawk they told me that this was deliberate as they have changed their delivery options without telling anyone. It doesn't say this anywhere on the website and tells me that I can still have delivery to a safe place. Got a half-hearted apology only when I pointed out that they hadn't even apologised and further attempted justification for why failing to deliver/delivering late was due to them ea ting to improve customer service.”

Thanks for the review Robert - I am sorry you are not happy with your courier experience. We are in the process of changing our courier service, which does mean that the option of having it left in a secure location is not an option anymore. We are in the process of amending the delivery options on the web site & apologise that this option not being available caused you a problem. “Excellent service. I had to ring and change the delivery address after ordering and it couldn't have been easier. The beers went down very well (a present for a friend) too. Expect more beer buying!”

“General good range of beers but delivery its taking to long .Every time I have to contact beer hawk to find out whats going on with my delivery I hope they will improve delivery service because is very poor .”
