“Order was receive quickly and well packaged. However one of the beers was out of date. Not really good enough. But overall a good selection of different beers.”

“You can only go off your own experience but my dealings with BeerHawk have been extremely positive. Ordered Perfect Draft beer dispenser on Sunday 18th December with 2 free kegs. Order arrived Wednesday 21st December...got the kegs but no machine. Emailed customer services 6pm and got a response from them at 10pm that night! They explained a small number of orders had been sent without the machine due to a new member of staff but that the issue had been resolved and assured me the machine was on its way. Machine arrived Friday 23rd December. Got exactly what I ordered, all perfectly packaged. The beer has gone so about to order more kegs now!”

“A very well received Christmas present. A wonderful array of beers which were well packed. They arrived on time. The only disappointing part was the delivery itself. In spite of being at home at the time, the delivery man left the beers at the bottom of our green bin so it was necessary for me to tip the bin on its side and crawl in. Not what I was expecting.”

“Had several cases from Beer Hawk - German, American, Belgian, English - and all good. Latest was 30 bottle/can world mixed case - great value and a chance to try lots of different styles/tastes. One delivery mix-up in past but dealt with quickly and couriers helpful. Would recommend.”

“Ordered a 15 bottle beer club membership but the first month it arrives with only 8 in! Raised this with customer service via the website who quickly rectified this. However despite asking twice at the same time as I raised the missing order they didn't respond to my other 2 questions. One was regarding a 10% discount they advertised on their website, so they didn't get my subsequent order. This was mid December so they were busy with Christmas orders but to only give half a response to my email, that was disappointing”

“Ordered a Phillips keg dispenser; cracking deal with two free kegs. Was ordered a week before Christmas but website promised delivery in time. Was thrilled when delivery turned up until I realised it was missing the dispenser...on phoning them they knew it was as it was "out of stock" would have been nice to have been told before delivery! However after numerous phone calls/emails the dispenser turned up on Christmas Eve. Products and price great; just a bit of work needed to keep customers informed of updates.”

“I bought 2 boxes of beer for my husband for Christmas. I would have no idea anymore where to start to buy him beer since he's become a craft beer knob. Anyway he seemed genuinely very happy with the choices unlike last year when I bought him 12 bottles from Lidl. Would use again.”

“Really good website, easy to navigate and well thought out. I contacted customer services several times following issues with delivery - they were very good and after a bit of back and forth agreed to sort things out. My final order wasn't actually correct but I came off better for it cost wise. I originally ordered 2 different beers and a matching glass. I ended up with two glasses and two of the same beer. If this was for me then I'd have been over the moon but the beers I actually ended up getting were the "try" and the one I didn't get was the "liked" as they have only had one of the beers. I'll likely buy again and see if the order comes through correct this time”

“The product itself was great. However the delivery service that delivered my parcel was aweful. My package was claimed to be signed for but was instead left outside in the rain and being it concealed in a cardboard box the packaging was completely ruined and the parcel itself was damaged beyond repair. Very disappointing that a good product can be let down so by the delivery team.”
