“Delivery isn't as quick as stated and instead of coming all on one day, came in 2. Emailed Beer Hawk and got absolutely no response.... goods seem ok but customer service is appalling”

“Well you asked!!... Ordered on Cyber Monday 28/11 Order 100110411 got first part of my order all OK the following week. But.... my second part of my order no one replied to my emails or return my messages had a make a number of calls to customer support to find out what is happening. Still waiting for my refund for second part of my order, after calling again this morning!!! I know it's Christmas but sorry not good enough!!, not going to returning in the future......”

“Placed a massive order for Christmas and it arrived so quickly. 6 of the beers were out of date and after back and forth over email they said a refund would be given. Although I didn't want a refund I would have preferrred a replacement. But all in all great service”

“I ordered my keg and perfectdraft on Friday afternoon. I made the mistake of reading the reviews the next day and have been worrying ever since, particularly when I saw the delivery company are UK Mail. I needn't have. Everything arrived this morning in perfect condition. The only negative thing I can say about my experience is that I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation so had no idea it was going to be delivered. It was pure luck I was in. Still, shouldn't moan!”

“Ordered my Perfect draft machine with the 2 free kegs Friday afternoon. All arrived this morning, Monday, machine set up in no time and a keg now cooling in the machine. Well done and thanks to Beer Hawk and UK Mail for a professional and speedy delivery. Cheers!”

“The perfect pint unit is great and the leffe blonde is a very good pint my only niggle is I was sent an e-mail and £5.00 voucher for black friday but when I tried to use it it was rejected”

“I ordered a beer advent calendar in mid-November although I was wary of the negative reviews that I'd read regarding delivery problems. Sure enough, I had to chase the delivery on a number of occasions and was given mixed messages, on some occasions being told that my delivery had already been dispatched and on others being told that there was an error and my delivery label hadn't yet been printed. When asking for specific delivery dates, I was given vague promises of "your order will be delivered imminently" and when pushed, I could never get a definitive answer. However, my chasing paid off as I was given extra beer tokens in my account, a 50% discount refund towards my order, and the advent calendar was finally delivered on the afternoon of 30th November - just in time! I did feel that I had to hound the company on a daily basis though - maybe they'd be good if you had plenty of time between placing the order and needing the goods!”

“My very 1st order was late. They sent an email out beforehand to warn me of this so I did not mind when it arrived late. I then placed a 2nd order on 4th December thinking it would be with me no later than 12th December. It is now 19th December and after numerous emails/messages and being told it would be here on Wednesday 14th then either Saturday 17th or today (Monday 19th) it still states 'In Warehouse'. I have now requested a full refund and will not be using Beer Hawk again.”

“Although I had my fair share of mixups and a broken glass which did take a few calls to sort, they where always very friendly and sorted the issues in the end and gave me some beer tokens for my trouble :) Merry Xmas! Seb”

“Half the order was missing, took further two weeks to receive rest of order, didn't get tasting pack with advent calendar got a beer bullet as an apology but still not good enough for the missing and delayed part of order!”

“Order slow to arrive. Zero communications either by phone or e-mail during waiting period. Eventually delivered and found in next doors garden! On opening found order was incorrect. Reported this, but again no communications from Beer Hawk. Had to open a Paypal claim to get a response and a partial refund. Will never order from Beer Hawk again and would advise anyone against doing so.”

“To cut a long story short, my order never arrived. I spoke to customer service twice and both times they said they would call back, they never did. It was a birthday present and so my brother in law never got his gift. So disappointed. After 3 weeks of no sign of my order I cancelled it and got a refund. Will never use them again and will not be recommending them, in fact quite the opposite”
