“We had read about some issues with delivery for other reviewers. We experienced no problems and the beer was delivered promptly and efficiently.”

“Amazing service. They didn't have what I wanted so they sourced it for me at half the price Ebay are charging. Absolutely first class customer service. Every person I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. A real joy to deal with, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Gold stars all round x”

“Ordered the advent calendar as a gift . No email confirmation so gave them a quick call, lovely girl reassured me it would arrive in a time and followed up with email confirmation and arrived as promised within a 1 hour delivery window.”

“My wife ordered an advent calendar as a surprise for me on 2nd November and requested delivery on 16th November. After no delivery and 2 emails promising the delivery was on its way, my wife received an email saying the payment hadn't gone through. After emailing back explaining our dissatisfaction we received another email stating the delivery was on it's way. Seeing as the payment hadnt been taken I don't know how that could actually have been the case! They have clearly lost control of the situation and instead of coming clean,have sent emails with false promises to placate customers. Dreadful customer service. Have since ordered beer from another online retailer and we won't be shopping with Beer Hawk again.”

“Ordered 2x advent calendar on 4th Nov still not arrived. Very unhappy clue is its an advent calendar there is no point in an advent calendar arriving after 1st December. Customer service is appalling they will tell you anything online and don't return calls.”

“I really wish that I could award zero stars as you don't deserve any at all. Same deal as most others. Ordered and paid for 2 advent calendars back on October 15th. After 6 weeks of lies and broken promises I had no option but to cancel yesterday and demand a refund through PayPal. It's a great shame that a clearly successful, fast growing company can care so little about their customers. Please remember that without satisfied, repeat customers you will not have a business.”

“I have no complaints with beer hawk itself, however i was very unhappy that the deliver provider left the delivery on my 'porch' aka the street as opposed to leaving it with a neighbour as per my request if i wasnt at home. The parel was at my door for 5 hours before i came home from work and took it inside. I was very lucky the delivery wasnt stolen!”

“This beer order was a present for a relative so I can't speak to the taste of the beers themselves. There is a good selection of beer to choose from. And, the Beer Hawk website can handle orders from outside the U.K. and my gift was delivered, without any damage, in less than a week.”
