“My comments are not to do with the beer supplied but with the delivery. My last two deliveries were left on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing. In the case of the most recent delivery the parcel was left on Friday lunchtime and as we were away in London was not picked up by us until Sunday afternoon! Other delivery firms either hide the parcel or leave it with a neighbour. I have notified Beer Hawk about this as unless I can be guaranteed that the delivery practice is to be improved I will not be placing further orders.”

“The service and team at Beer Hawk were brilliant - the delivery company, however, left a lot to be desired - they broke the first attempt at delivering my order, the second was delivered to somewhere (I know not where) else - the third was delivered and signed for allegedly by one of my neighbours although we do not have a neighbour with the name they gave - It was actually left on my doorstep in full view of the outside world !! - thankfully it was myself who saw it on my return and am now thoroughly enjoying the contents Great beer and great service but please change the delivery company”

“I was initially really pleased as my order came prompt. I ordered a beer glass that comes with a stand and a bottle of beer as a Christmas present. The beer and glass came but with no stand. I emailed and for no answer so emailed again on a different Beerhawk email address and still haven't had an answer. My husband rang twice since and has been told it was on its way. Nothing arrived and I rang myself yesterday and the person on the phone (overspill for Customer Services) said they would send a note to Customer Services to send it out express delivery. So far nothing. I am so disappointed and can't believe I am having so much trouble just for a wooden stand that should have come with the glass as a set. I have now had to go out and spend more money that I could do without spending on another present as I have no faith that this one will arrive as its Christmas Eve tomorrow. I will definitely not be ordering from you again and if the stand doesn't arrive I want a full refund plus thr cost of sending it back. Please do not send me any sales or special offer emails as you haven't had the decency to reply my emails. I look forward to your response.”

“i ordered the beer glass and stand. Only the glass arrived. After several phone calls chasing and given false information, which I have now got to make an extra visit to my parents home. We looked in bins as I was told the stand had been delivered. I was told the stand would be delivered by Wednesday but I found that the order was only placed on Wednesday after I chased for a third time. I believe I spoke to Stuart on Thursday who gave a great customer and service, everyone else was incompetent and useless.”

“Last order not as good as previous 2 orders I have done. Only told when 2 items were shipped others just turned up. Not left where specified. Case of beer ordered for present most of it lagers which recipient does not drink. compared to my 2 other orders this was not up to the usual standard.”

“I never got my items I rang as I should have had them 4 days earlier to be told I would get them next working day (which was my last working day before I broke for Christmas and it was a gift for a colleague I will not see during the holidays) Which I did not.”

“I ordered a case of beer and a couple of gifts for family on the 28th November. With the promise of delivery within five working days I knew that the products would be here well in time for sending to family and friends for Christmas. Five days went by and still no delivery- I hadn't heard anything from Beer Hawk giving me a status on delivery or even to tell me that the delivery was delayed! I emailed Beer Hawk and they responded promptly to tell me the beer would be there within a few days. The promptness of the response was great however I didn't receive my delivery until 11 days after my order. All in all though I am always impressed with the standard of beer I receive.”

“Worst service I have ever received! After waiting nearly 3 weeks for the 15 bottle world beer set to turn up, or even just an email to say they had dispatched it, I contacted beer hawk who said they had dispatched it and there was a problem with their courier - Mail UK. They would find out the issue, pass on my problems to HQ and get back to me. When they didn't and I rang again I was advised it was Mail UK I needed to talk to as they had the package. Pretty sure I was now doing Beer Hawks job for them, I rang Mail UK who told me they had "lost" the package and I needed to tell Beer Hawk to put in a claim for it. I kindly passed this information on to Beer Hawk who said they would get their customer services to get in touch with me. At no point has anyone from this company contacted me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET IN TOUCH AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR! DO NOT use these absolute jokers unless you feel like doing their jobs for them and running around in circles.”

“Bought a couple of the mixed ale boxes, one each for my father-in-law and my brother-i-l for Xmas. All good except a slight confusion over delivery. Both have arrived for Xmas but each came on separate days which was a bit of a pain for my f-i-l who had to stay in twice. I'm sure they'll love the beer though.”
