The next day delivery 'promise' is unfortunately a lie. Bad way to attract customers because they won't stick with you when they realise. Good concept but need to work on customer service based on the reviews. I prefer something like Beer 52 to a company that draws you in misleading advertising.

After getting the information that my box had been smashed for the second time i obviously asked for a refund, then I get an email 2 weeks later informing me that it has been delivered, it wasn't!! I emailed beerhawk AGAIN, only to be told that it wasn't delivered because i requested the refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they have no idea what they are doing, the customer service is pathetic at best. 24hrs my a+se, try 24 days if you get any luck with time wasted on email and calls YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Replaced items that were still in stock on a beer pack with lesser value items. Ergo making the cost of the pack cheaper to do so separately.

Firstly I'll leave my honest review of Beerhawk since December. Firstly I ordered a party case guaranteed for New Years Eve as my contribution to our celebrations this didnt arrived until 6th January, customer services did nothing at all. I then ordered some beers for the superbowl with some credit I'd accrued from returning empty kegs, items where missing from this box, on this occasion they posted out the missing item but really couldn't have cared about it. As for today I had to call to chase up tracking details as the website never tells you when an order is dispatched etc. Finally got my Crafty Party Pack which consisted of 10 American Pale Ale 10 Sour fruit Beers and 10 Lagers, as a craft beer lover myself this would have been nice apart from the fact the Pale ales where 2.2% alcohol and the sour beer was 3.8%. I checked the page to see if I'd missed something and no mention at all of low alcohol beers, I called to be told well pass your comments on, I tried to leave a review o the page and it wouldnt allow me to despite trying numerous times and having a chat remotely with the same person I spoke to earlier made some excuse it was a new system and to clear cookies etc. So in summary the service isn't the greatest the majority of the time the beers great, this time However not. Below is the review I tried to leave on there page just in case a member of senior management happens to read this. Firstly the Mikeller Pale Ale is not what I expect from a pale ale with its alcohol being a shandy sized 2.2%, the Orange sour beer weighing in at 3.8% is still low but reasonable and the lager which I've had before is the best part of this case. I contacted the lady who basically told me there was nothing she could do as it is listed on the site as low alcohol. Yet the email and the description for the case doesnt mention low alcohol at all. If I could find somewhere else that supplied the perfect draft kegs my business would go elsewhere. Certainly misleading advertising as a crafty party pack, more like a crafy way to get rid of stuff they cant sell

I ordered 3 beer advent calendars that came with gift vouchers. When I wanted to use the gift vouchers they didn't work, so I contacted beer hawk took a few days to reply saying that they looked more like discount codes than gift vouchers, I pointed out that it said gift voucher near the codes and on their description on their website. Since pointing out that this was misleading to the consumer as the trading agency states on their website, I am now being ignored.

AVOID BEER HAWK AT ALL COSTS YOU WONT GET YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK. Ordered large amount of beer using next day delivery and still waiting for a parcel nearly 2 weeks after ordering. They are impossible to contact unless you are ordering and never contact you back. Seeking a refund which I'm having to fight a case on Paypal for. Next step legal action. I have spent hundreds and hundreds with this company and their service has gradually got worse and worse to the point that I will never use them again! Absolutely useless and couldn't care less about their loyal customers. Go elsewhere to avoid total frustration. If things go wrong with this company forget ever getting it sorted! Even worse, they won't refund you when they have not supplied the goods. Check out the terrible feedback on Trustpilot, Yell and Google. Trading standards need to look at this company who I will be contacting.

Advent calendar ordered in October. After emailing on December 1st to ask why we had not received the gift, I was emailed on December 3rd that my order is “missing in transit”. I was told that they could send the individual beers over. Not really the point is it? This was bought as a gift for my dad, and was becoming something of a new Christmas tradition. No more. Advice to Beer Hawk - stay out of the Christmas business if you do not have the supply chain to honour your sales. Advice to potential customers - stay clear of buying the advent calendars from Beer Hawk as a gift....clearly cannot be relied upon to deliver the product.

The worst delivery experience ever. Secound time ordering from them and for the secound time having problems to receive the parcel with the kegs of beer I ordered. One week calling Yodel and BeerHawk to sort out the delivery for my parcel. Never gonna order from BeerHawk again. Received just half of what I ordered after wait at home 4 times for the parcel. First 2 boxes got lost and after BeerHawk send new order, just one box was delivered. That is so frustrating.

Appalling customer service. Promise next day delivery. Raised order Tuesday last week. No delivery yet. Have e-mailed every day have spoken to them three times. Every time they promise it will bedelivered the following day. It hasn't been. Still waiting. All I want is my beer that I've ordered. Have used various other online drink warehouses and they have all delivered (pun intended).

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEER HAWK, THEY SELL GONE OFF BEER, WHEN I EMAILED TELLING THEM, THEY INFORMED ME THEY ALE GETS BETTER WITH AGE, WE ALL KNOW THIS IS NOT THE CASE £25 FOR 6 GONE OFF BEERS IS RIDICULOUS. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE BEER

Ordered 500 ml bottles as advertised online but received 330 ml bottles for the same price. A very abrupt person from Customer Service by the Name of Stu explained a mistake on the website, but refused to see how this would justify either an increased delivery to make up the amount of beer I've ordered, or a refund, as I had paid for 500 ml bottles, not 330. It took several increasingly exasperating emails to get this sorted. The customer service was the least helpful and the rudest I have ever experienced. I'm never going to buy there again.

Misleading(Fraudulent ?)ads to sell more , poor communications & damaged goods. Avoid these people stick to reputable beer sleers.

We bought 3 Advent calendars last year that arrived 2 days late, after ordering in October, and numerous emails and phonecalls chasing them! 2 were presents for parents so that messed up our Christmas gifts. Then, this year, I've just received an email saying you've noticed I've not bought one this time and asking why (see above!), so offer me £20 discount ... which is actually only £10 as you offer £10 on your website to everyone anyway!!

I ordered beer with a free t-shirt, ordering 'medium' my size. The shirt arrived & it was tiny, a woman's size. I contacted your customer services explaining that you'd sent me a woman's t-shirt asking that you send me the correct item, I was bluntly told that these t-shirts were 'unisex' & my request was effectively ignored, I responded saying that I would not be using your service again unless resolved, I got no response. Very disappointing.

I ordered some beers as a gift for my dad. I live in Australia and was delighted to find a couple of Aussie brands that I could send him so I was ok with paying the premium price for them for a birthday treat. However I wasn't happy when they arrived and had an expiration date within 2 weeks and was quite upset to hear that when he contacted you he was told that you didn't see it as an issue and didn't offer a replacement. Luckily the brewery here in Melbourne was more understanding and have arranged a replacement. If you're going to charge a premium price for your product and also be a business that survives on repeat purchases and recommendations, surely you should have premium customer service to match. Fobbing off a man in his 70's for the sake of re-sending six beers is ridiculous. Won't be using you again and won't be recommending your site.

Thanks for your feedback Rebecca. I'm sorry you weren't happy that we couldn't send out replacements to your Dad, but the stock we hold would have all had the same dates on them as they would have been part of the same delivery. I understand he spoke to one of my colleagues & they explained the situation, sorry you felt like we were just fobbing him off. Cheers, Hannah
