Bought two boxes as a gift for my mother and she is delighted the second box has just arrived. The selections are varied in type and countries of origin. All of good quality, she is enjoying the scoring but thinks there should be a simpler system maybe all just marked out of 10 and maybe 3 categories. score out of 12 for aroma but 3 for how it looks! Anyway she was/is delighted and is looking forward to trying even more samples.

Our Company is global, and I wanted to send appreciation to a great team mate in the UK, and I am in US. BeerHawk was referred to me by a different UK company that didn't do shipping. Thanks BeerHawk for making it easy and reasonable to do, and my team mate was quite pleased with the Christmas Ale from Anchor Brewing.

I ordered three beers about three weeks ago and have only received two. After my original order was delivered to the wrong address, (the delivery company is impossible to get a hold of once they think your parcel has been delivered, they don't want to speak to you at all). I contacted BeerHawk, who magically found my parcel and had it redelivered the next day. Great! Except, one beer is missing. Over the past two weeks I have been on the phone four times to find out what is going on and when I can expect my order to arrive or when I can be refunded for it? No one seems to know anything. Still in the process, hoping for a happy ending, but at this rate I would hesitate to order from BeerHawk again. I wish it wasn't so!

Order the Anchor Steam Christmas Ales via Beerhawk because the only place stocking them in store in Scotland was a 70+ mile drive away. The order process was so simple and quick and the beer arrived so fast. It was well packed and secure, i will definitely be using Beerhawk again.

I was sent the same box for three (!) consecutive months, despite it being advertised that the same beer will never be received more than once within a twelve month period. I never received anything further. The customer service was absolutely appalling, at no point I felt my complaint was being taken seriously. My whole membership, including my attempts to terminate it, have left me frustrated and very disappointed. Would recommend to avoid this service at all costs.

While I was incredibly pleased with Beer Hawk's service, it was the product I ordered that really blew me away. As a UK resident, I love being able to order craft beer from all around the world and have it delivered right to my door! I decided to order some quality craft beers from one of the newest brands on the Beer Hawk market, Wyndridge Farm. A top notch brewery and cidery based out of Southern Pennsylvania. The following is a review for each of the tasty Wyndridge crafty beverages offered on the Beer Hawk site. Don't wait, order yours today! You won't regret it! Barn Dog - This well balanced porter poured with a light tan head. Subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla added to the complexity of the beer without making it too sweet. Would definitely drink this one again! Laughing Crow - This IPA had wonderful notes of tropical fruit, berries, and pine. Just enough malt to balance the hops. 10 Point Ale - This no frills golden ale had a pleasant spicy and floral aroma. Very well balanced. A sessionable everyday ale.

So I ordered the Beer Hawk Advent calendar back in September for delivery early October, beer hawk contacted me to say due to a problem with the supplier it won't be delivered in time. A month later the beers where delivered. So on to the beers themselves. I must admit I expected more. Every bottle was a small bottle, all the cans 330mls it's a other of money to pay for 24 small bottles and cans. It worked out £2.70 a bottle. Or even worse £2.70 for a small can! I don't think it was value for money and I won't be getting the calender next year.

Only part of the order arrived for Christmas. I called at least 25 times to a department that said I had to call another number that never answered. Then someone promised me a call back with an explanation of why my order wasn't fully delivered. I have never received a call back or had an apology of any sort.

Item ordered in September for delivery in November. It's now January and the item is nowhere to be seen. No contact at all from Beer Hawk. When I chased them I was told the item is no longer available and I'd be refunded...no apology, and still no refund.

Easy to use, informative website and free shipping over £50! Delivery notice could have been clearer as the order arrived in 2 deliveries, rather than one. I wasn't notified of this.

Too much packaging! We got a huge box with like 16 slots for one little can! Out of the 4 beers we ordered, one was not sent. But customer service was excellent - quick and kind, and we received it within a couple of days or so. But, well, with too much packaging. Oh, and the original order was left outside our door, and not with a neighbour as we had requested. This is a house with pretty much no yard, so a box with "BEER" written on it was left practically on the sidewalk. I guess it was pure luck it was still there when we got home.

Ordered a selection crate as a birthday present. Was very pleased with the service, which was prompt and had no issues. Not being a drinker myself I can't comment on the beers but the person I bought them for seems to be enjoying them.

This is my second order from Beer Hawk. Both orders were securely packed and delivered within 24 hours. Astonishing variety of ales not readily available elsewhere and fantastic level of service. I recommend Beer Hawk without reservation.
