“I know there have been warehouse issues however I ordered my latest supply at around 14.00hrs yesterday and it was delivered this morning at 09.50hrs. I was not expecting it until Monday next week. Best service yet - keep it up!”

“Were unable to fulfill my order due to stock issues so had to go elsewhere for the majority of my order. Had to chase up my refund 3 separate times before it was paid back to me. Disappointing service.”

“Delay in delivery due to warehouse issues. Was offered discount on future purchase but I would have expected this to have been offered on the current purchase rather than expecting me to buy more to redeem offer.”

“Beer selection is great. Not for the first time the order arrives split. This time three separate deliveries. This is such a waste of resources. An option to group all deliveries is desirable for those of us with a green conscience. This time for the first time order was 2 weeks late and was chased by me. Quick and helpful response from Tors saw it resolved. Selection of beers, packaging and website all great though.”

“There were a number of issues with my order. Firstly that it took a fortnight for my order to arrive, despite being advertised as three working days. When I queried this they said it was due to moving warehouse. Had this been communicated to me at the time of my order I would've been fine with that but I had to chase for that reason. Secondly, when the order arrived, one box was three bottles short. I rang and was told that some of the Oktoberfest beers were out of stock and that was the reason. Why was this not communicated to me again when I placed my order? A partial refund or the opportunity to select other bottles would've been fine at the time of order, but for my order to actually arrive without any warning that I didn't have my full order (but still paying full price) was in my opinion pretty poor customer service. As a positive the beers themselves were tremendous and when raising the issue of missing beers I was given beer tokens by way of compensation. However the lack of communication about the issues would make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Beerhawk's website promises "standard delivery is within 3 working days, although you will see from our customer reviews that we normally ship much faster!" After a week had passed it took many emails to Beerhawk to chase this up and ended up actually taking 8 working days for delivery. Delivered with two cans of beer missing from the box. Customer services slow to respond in rectifying the matter. Second order in a row from Beerhawk whereby the bottles and cans arrived dusty and sticky.”

“I have ordered previously from Beer Hawk and had little problem but my latest order has been nothing short of a complete screw up. I made my order on 6th October & as of today 26th October it still haven't received my order nor has it left their warehouse. All I have got in return are excuses with my first two emails getting the exact same response, clearly a curt and paste job. I keep getting assurances it will be delivered soon but I find that hard to believe when it hasn't even left the warehouse. Worst service I have received from an online store.”

“This purchase was a disaster. Order placed on the 8th of October & finally delivered on the 26th October, 18 days later. Throughout the communication about delayed delivery was poor. I would not order again.”
