“Second time shopping with Beer Hawk and unfortunately the second time I've had issues. First time they didn't have items that I wanted in stock but to their credit did let me know before dispatch and refunded me for those items. Unfortunately with my recent order I didn't receive 2 items that I ordered and wasn't notified. This means that if I hadn't been keeping track or the order was being delivered as a gift, then I would have lost out of the money that I paid. To their credit, delivery was much quicker than expected and they did give a delivery window. Unfortunately the courier didn't actually ring the bell and just left the box of beers on my doorstep for me to find when I went out. Beer Hawk did also refund the items which I was missing straight away and gave me £5 worth of tokens, but after the service I received and the basic delivery cost being £5, I won't be using them.”

“I won't lie, there were some problems with delivery. First, a failed delivery by Parcelforce - they damaged the beer, which obviously meant I didn't get the beer before the weekend, like I was hoping for. Second, when the re-delivery came it was missing some of the beers I ordered! When I wrote to ask for those beers to be delivered I was told "Im so sorry! We are out of stock of these items, I have refunded you for them, Thank you" At this point I was feeling a bit ripped off, as I wouldn't have paid for delivery for the amount of beers that actually came, but when I checked the PayPal refund I saw my entire order had been refunded, meaning that to make up for all the hassle I was given my beers (that did manage to come) for free. However, due to the wording in the refund message I'm not sure if that was an intentional goodwill gesture (perfect customer service if it is), or another mistake!”

“Have used Beerhawk a few times now and service has been excellent every time . Some of the bottled beers are a bit pricey but I guess that's the cost of a such a fantastic range . Their deal to buy the Philips Perfect Draft machine was the best available and although the choice of kegs is currently limited I am sure it will improve . I do love the Beer Credits every time you order , great loyalty incentive .”
