“Delivery is always quick and the best before dates have been really good of late and with the discounts for multi buying makes it much more affordable. Ive only used beerhawk since i bought my perfect draft machine and will continue to do so while you look after your customers. Keep up the good work.”

“We had a problem with our delivery not arriving, mo at beer hawk sorted it out without any quibble. A new box was sent and arrived within a couple of days - very good customer service, thank you .”

“Two and a bit weeks on and the order has still not been received. Given it was for a birthday the recipient not only did not get their present but I'm embarrassed not to have been seen to send a present. I called a week ago to complain and was assured all would be sorted, which it was not. Called again today (I should not need to chase a missing order or complain multiple times). Seems the order has been lost. Beer Hawk offered to resend but there was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience or make me love them again. I asked if they would help make things right - they said they would add a couple of beers - so generous. Refund should be coming - will go elsewhere. Generally a very poor result, made worse by insufficient customer care. Customer lost and bad reviews to follow. Shame.”

Really sorry there was an issue with your order. I understand we dispatched it on time & the couriers attempted delivery, but the recipient wasn't in to receive the order. This then lead to confusion about when the re-delivery would take place, but I understand they had mislaid the package. The courier's failed to inform us so we could rectify it. I'm sorry you didn't find the offer of some additional beer acceptable, but as requested I have processed the full refund for you. Cheers, Hannah

“It is such a shame! Great products let down by terrible service. Orders usually turn up on time but 3 out of my last 4 orders have been totally wrong including a chocolate chilli stout instead of a pale ale. Beerhawk claimed last time that they were putting in a new warehousing system which would solve these problems.... Doesn't seem to be working. Beerhawk - sort it out!!!!”

I am so sorry there was an issue with your latest order. I have received your email & have answered you direct. We have improved our Warehouse system since we moved last October, but this time it was unfortunately human error as the 2 bottles were next to one another on the shelf. Cheers, Hannah

“We had recently returned from the exciting city of Duesseldorf where I had drank a couple of bottles of German beer every day without any of the normal digestive problems I usually get in the UK drinking beer. And it all tasted very good. We went to the Zika bar and had some wonderful Uerige beer made locally at the Uerige brewery. It had a great taste and depth, not tangy or acidic nor gassy, just dark and comforting and with an attractive smell. So when we got home I started looking for good German beer and even found Uerige on Beer Hawks site. I was very happy. At first we thought it was a bit expensive at £2-40 or whatever for 330 ml, but it's a very enjoyable beer so we thought we'd treat ourselves. Then, oh joy, we realised if we bought 15 plus bottles it was only about £1-30 a bottle and if we ordered over £50, there was no shipping costs. So we did the only sensible thing and ordered 40 bottles which arrived very well packaged within 2 days . An excellent service indeed. So we really think Beer Haekmis a great company from this first experience. Our only regret is what can we do with all those beautiful China flip over stoppered bottles when they're empty?”
