“Saw the ad for Beer Hawk on Fb on the Thurs and ordered the Father's Day box with fingers crossed. Thankfully received it the next day even though the order had said it could be Monday. Really nicely packaged, there was only 1 of the beers he wasn't particularly keen on but the rest he liked and he loved the beer glass and the pork scratchings 😂. It was a great gift and thanks for the speedy delivery”

“I can't say anything bad about Beer Hawk at all yet you might want to check the delivery process! Driver was impatient decided to leave knowing lady was in and getting her keys then threw it over the 6 foot fence the Following day (Father's Day)!! My father found it on the Monday so thhaa”

“Below is the email that I sent to you on the 19th of June, that you have not had the decency to respond to. I'm not impressed by your lack of Customer care. The only good thing is that my client enjoyed your beer, which I had ironically had sent because of some late deliveries from my company ! From: Mike Bending Sent: Monday, June 19, 2017 2:25 PM To: 'Beer Hawk Ltd' Cc: Nick Bending Subject: RE: Thanks for your order from Beer Hawk! Dear Sirs I am contacting you to confirm my gross dissatisfaction and disappointment over a VERY late delivery covered by the below order number. " #100162385 " This order was placed with yourselves on Monday morning the 12/6 and despite several calls to your office, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday of last week, this order was only delivered to our client this morning by Yodel. Our client at the delivery address in Erdington, Birmingham is extremely upset and angry with us for the lateness of this delivery. Beer Hawk having been recommended to us have let us down, which is a shame as the products look good on your website and we were looking to place further similar orders for several of our clients at Christmas time. I would appreciate the courtesy of your response Mike Bending M.D. M B freight Services Telephone 01305 826331, or Mobile: 07802 419685”

“I bought my Perfect Draft machine at a lot less than market cost, and have never seen it cheaper elsewhere, I have had several PD keg deliveries from Beer Hawk. The kegs are always packed well, are despatched quickly and of course, are reasonably priced. Cheaper than I can find anywhere else in UK particulalrly if you qualify for free delivery (and why wouldn't you!). My last delivery was a bit of a disaster due to the incompetence of Yodel with the package delivered late (by 3 days) and "repacked". I advised Beer Hawk who were very helpful and accpeted a responsibility I didn't feel was theirs for Yodel's failings. Their customer service is always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.”
