Unbelievable. Poor service. Can't be arsed attitude. Order 2 x perfect draft machines, no response to emails told it would take 48 hours to get a call back no one answers the phone. Promised free 5 day delivery - 12 days later order is still in the warehouse. What a bunch of amateurs.

Can I suggest you stop using UKMAIL as your delivery service, they are an absolute shambles, and as a result means I consider my experience with Beer Hawk poor

I made the purchase of a case and 3 additional beers. The experience through your site was without issue. The problems (there were a few) came with the delivery company. I believe it was postal UK. ETA was the following day but it did not arrive. It did not arrive on the 2nd day either but on the 3rd. What was more troublesome than the delays was the difficulty in communicating with UK postal service and their lackadaisical attitude towards helping provide clarity. Their website that shows what number you are on the delivery path did not update either day and on calling they told me they were running late and would be around. They did this without taking any info and I rather naively part trusted in the advice. I did speak to your customer services who on 2 occasions said they escalated the matter to management (this was on after 6pm call lines). However I only received a response after the delivery had arrived.

My partner has just opened day 2 of the calendar. He is made up with it & so looking forward to see which ales are there. My only negative point is that when he opened the first day we found that the bottles had slipped to the bottom and the cardboard had moved so it was a struggle to get the first one out. I ended up taking it apart & setting it up again to align. It may be better if we lay it flat. Apart from that it is great. Thanks!

Prompt delivery within 4 days. Good strong outer and inner box but lattice style card used inside to stored bottles & cans was too flimsy. This resulted in it partially collapsing and slipping downwards thus drinks were not aligned with the calendar windows making it tricky (& less fun!) to remove bottles/cans. Even after repositioning them all it didn't help. Bit disappointed it wasn't coloured Christmas box as per the advertised image. Having said all that it was a well received gift for my husband.

Get top class service .,quick delivery of orders and free if you order over £50 which is SO easy...Get tokens back too to use for future purchases.AND money back on the empties...This is review of Perfect Draught kegs......GET SOME IN......

Ordered the Beer Advent calendar....great idea and my husband loves it! Sadly when he opened be the first door today the cardboard bottle holders have moved and without actually ripping the calendar we struggled to get the bottle out!! I feel we're going to have the same problem everyday this month! Good idea, sadly the concept needs looking at, disappointed.

Order was duplicated and one refund promised, then both orders cancelled. Re-ordered, Advent Calendar arrived very late and on opening it this morning found all the bottles were at the bottom of the box and some had been smashed - useless to me as an advent calendar. Tried to ring customer services but got put through to the order line who told me customer services were inundated with complaints so they had SHUT THEIR LINES - so I can't even speak to anyone about my disappointing delivery. AVOID.

Purchased the beer advent calendar and opened the first door, only to find that the bottle have slipped out of their retainers, so very difficult to pull out. On further inspection almost all of the beers are out of their cardboard retainer. Not very good design, but at least the beer glass was very well wrapped up. I think that I will not buy this item again.

I ordered the keg dispenser which was dispatched and reiepted within a week however dispite numerous false promises I eventually recieved the kegs 3 weeks later. Las week I reordered 3 kegs and still have recieved confirmation they have been dispatched. They promise confirmation and delivery within 5 days. Not true. I should have learn't from my first experience. On;y advice I can offer is stay well clear...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beer Hawk have no idea what they are doing. Call centre never get back to you ( that is when they do answer the phone) all staff lie and have not a clue what is going on. 3 people spoke to were temp so didn't really care. Finally got my advent calendar today - 1st Dec- pointless as to late to send on but did get sent 4 so will enjoy all, How stupit. PLEASE LEAVE THIS COMPANY WELL ALONE.

Absolutely dreadful client service. Another story of a disappointed customer. I ordered one advent calendar. It arrived too late for the party at which the recipient was supposed to receive it. When it finally did arrive a week later, the box was water-damaged beyond repair and the advent calendar completely unusable. And, despite several emails and, indeed, promises of a replacement, nothing has been forthcoming. It is now the 1st December. There is no advent calendar and no apology. Please do not use this company - seek another supplier and do not end up as disappointed and out of pocket as I am. It's not worth it.

First case arrived damaged (with beer dripping out of it) - a quick phone call elicited a helpful response from a chap who promised 'another case would be sent' - it was, and arrived 3 days later. Can NOT fault this company's customer service standards! HIGHLY recommended!

After orderingheard nothing so thought i had been scammed but after a telephone conversation they informed me i hadnt put a date down for when i would like it delivered. Next day it was delivered and the box is massive , i couldnt lift it and also recieved a box with free glass , bottle opener and tasting booklet ! very impressed as was my husband and visitors who saw it. Thank you

Two orders placed and still waiing after nine days. One order was required for 1st December so unless it arrives in the next 2 hours (10pm to midnight) there's no chance. EXCEPTIONALY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered 2 calendars for my office on 4th Nov. Panicking with delay. Got misleading emails confirming shipped. Finally shipped and confirmed for delivery today. So happy when delivery received. So disappointed to discover only 1 had been shipped. Useless as a treat for staff becomes impossible. Phoned and emailed all day. Just got a response to say another will be shipped presumably in time for next December do they understand what an advent calendar is? Never again!

Where to start as other reviews have said re calendar! Ordered Nov1st payment taken 0n the 2nd had an e mail on the 8th of Nov to say order delayed will be with you by the 19th!! E mail from Beth once I’d asked where the order was? On the22nd! Also spoke to Stuart and he assured me that if I’d not received it by the 24th to tell them. 24th came and went so duly rang and spoke to Beth said it will be with you Sat 26th guess your getting the drift now? 26th came and partially went so I rang and asked again Fiona this time very apologetic, Fiona assures me Mon28th Tues 29 at the latest!!!! Well Mon/ Tues went and as I type this its meant to be delivered to day the 30th!!! One slight snag is its for my Son~in~law who lives 3 hours away that’s why we wanted it by the 19th so we could deliver it and stay over the weekend. So while we wait for it to be delivered the good lady is standing by with the rest of the present and wrapping paper and the apprentice is looking forward to 6hrs plus over time to do our delivery, as we run a automotive repair business, 8 till late There is one consolation Andy has said our account will be honoured with £20 worth of beer tokens only thing is speaking to our local landlord he said he won’t accept them at our local hostelry lol so we’ll see if it arrives today and to see if our account is credited as said!!! Though we won’t be holding our breath.
