“Wide selection of beers from around the World. Bought a few of my favourites for my Uncle's birthday through Beer Hawk. I'm happy with the quick delivery! Managed to surprise him! Yay.”

“Used to have to purchase my beer from France here postage is quite high, now i get my postage free when i spend over 50 pounds. Yous'e are also generous with discounts and tour reward scheme is very good. The goods always come early and are very well packaged.”

“I bought the beer pack for my husband on our wedding anniversary. He loves wheat beers and was very happy with the gift. A good selection of wheat beers and some new ones which he hadn't tried before. Delivery was quick and the product was carefully packed.”

“Some excellent beers, some pretty good and only a very few I didn't like. Service from Beer was good, but I do have a whinge to make which is that the case didn't contain what it should have. Three or four beers were substituted for those that should have been in the case. It's an academic point because I didn't know any of them, however it points to sloppy management. I was also surprised to find two Heffeweisse and a Dubbel not to mention four black beers in a case of British Real Ale. Not quite what I expected but when I checked the website I found that was what they said - should have read more closely before ordering. It's a tough job going around the world checking out the best tasting beers, but someone has to do it . Well done Beer Hawk”

“A ridiculous situation with ordering a glass- having received the wrong glass twice, and then being told it could definitely be delivered correctly, it turns out they never have stocked the item at all! The wrong photo was added to the product, yet it took three attempts for anyone to realise. And apparently being able to keep the two incorrect glasses (which we already have one of anyway because we ordered it in a case) is a really good apology. We've really enjoyed the beers we've had from Beerhawk, but with every substantial order we've made, something's gone wrong. Nice beers, but I don't think Beerhawk are worth the hassle to get them from, so will probably be ordering elsewhere from now on. A shame, as from the first order when I ordered the advent calendar, I had such hopes, but even that first order was two weeks late, should have known.”

Thanks for the review - I apologise there was an issue with the glass you were trying to order. I understand it was due to the wrong image being available on the website. Unfortunately this can happen occasionally if glass shapes & styles change without us realising. We passed your comments on to the Web Team for them to check.
