“Ordered the mystery box for Husband's christmas present. Delivery was fast and item was left in the secure area I requested. I'm sure my husband will love trying a variety of beers that he has not tried before. Will definitely order again as 3 family members enjoy testing out new beers/ales. So glad I found this website.”

“The order was bought for a present but was a week late being delivered, which meant I could not give it to the recipient in time for Christmas. I made repeated calls and was always promised a call back from Customer Services which never materialised, apart from the final one to confirm delivery had been now been rearranged. The order was also incomplete - the presentation wooden box did not arrive. A promise of a refund for the cost of the box and a sullen apology did not really cut it. I will wait and see if the refund appears, but am not confident based on experience so far. Fingers crossed.”

“the choice is great. sadly 12 of the 16 items I ordered arrived 7 days later. unfortuntalky 4 of the items still havent arrived after 4 weeks.”

“Deliveries have always been good, however on this occasion we were disappointed. We ordered the beer from the photo so believed we were purchasing the Whitbread Golding Leffe Royale, so when we received the Cascade we were surprised.”

“I ordered the mystery box which contained a mix of very nice beers and not too many duplicates. Customer service however is very poor. I emailed asking for an update as my order took over 2 weeks and received no response. I also responded to a 'customer service' email and received no response where I asked for the delivery address to be updated which did not happen as the driver ended up at the wrong address. Beers are fab but order well in advance!”

“Brilliant website with a fantastic selection of beers and a simple ordering process. The final delivery process is also very good with a tracking service so that a quite accurate timing is achieved. My problem has been that both of my orders have failed to be delivered within the timescales quoted on the website. If you can't achieve the three or five days you offer please advise before accepting the order. It is just not good enough to blame Black Friday or the busy Christmas period. The seven and 11 days my beer took to arrive is just not acceptable.”

“I ordered the mixed case of 30 bottles for Christmas. I placed the order on 17 December and the beer arrived today 21st December. The packaging was excellent and all the beers unbroken with no duplicates. I was worried as I read some bad reviews after I placed my order but I have to give 5 stars as the company has done an excellent job for me. Thanks to the folks at beer hawk. I would use this company again. Thanks DR P”

“I Ordered a gift voucher on the 9th December. How difficult can it be to deliver this in time for Christmas??? Your customer Services have never answered the phone once in 3 days. It divrrts to the order line and all they can do is pass on the message. This is simply not good enough. I am very very annoyed.”
