“I purchased the "Premium Draft combo" just before Christmas as we planned to have friends around on the odd occasion. Anyway the Premium draft went down a storm that much I ended up buying another keg. That was 3 in just over a week phew! but thoroughly enjoyable. Will definitely be topping up again :-)”

“Gave them a second chance ... Ordered 15 beers. Case arrived promptly. But four beers missing. They had been removed from my order (after I had checked out and paid) because they were out of stock - even though the website said they had them in. Of course Beerhawk.co.uk didn't get in touch to let me know any of this, or even refund me for the beers they couldn't deliver - I was left to do the chasing. Gave them a second chance after the chaos before Xmas. But more fool me. Lost my custom for good this time. Gonna try Beer Ritz or Beer52 - lots of good alternatives out there.”

“The website and initial communications from them were prompt and informed me as to what was going to happen with my order. The bad news is that delivery was undertaken by ParcelForce. On the tracking details site it said they had tried to deliver several times, and because no-one was home they returned to the depot. I find this hard to believe, as the I know for a fact that there were people at the delivery address at those times. Beer Hawk needs to find a new courier service. If it means the courier cost goes up - fine. At least the product will then get delivered, and not sit in a depot getting warm.”

“I purchased my case of beer about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They said Parcel force couldn't find the address and would have to pick up the case from the depot an hour away, which is completely unreasonable because of their failure to do a simple task. The customer service person who phoned me said Parcel Force would send it again, but as of yet nothing has been received. I tried to phone customer services and despite phoning within the working hours stated on the message they still didn't answer. I emailed customer support and after about 3 working days the latest message is they are trying to get in touch with Parcel Force. I am so far very disappointed in the service and a treat has turned into a logistical problem and headache. Haven't even tasted the beer yet, it better be good after all this wait. “Easy to use website and excellent range of beers. Our only criticism was regarding delivery, which was to our son. Once notified of the delivery date, we telephoned you to advise that in respect of the "deliver to neighbour" option we'd ticked on the order, there was a specific neighbour at a defined address (a neighbour opposite, not next door). Your member of staff stated that the carrier would be informed. The reality was that the carrier tried to deliver to our son's own address on 3 successive days and then left the parcels at the local post office. This in spite of the fact that my son had pinned a note to the front door advising the neighbour's address across the road. When I rang to complain, I was told that it was too risky to deliver to the nominated neighbour - so why have the option on the order form? Regards Peter Griffiths”

“I ordered a German mix case. These cases are great as an introduction to a wide variety of german beers but i personally have had (and very much enjoyed) half of the beers already. I mean 3 types of erdinger, really? You can get that in wetherspoons”
