“Excellent service, I was very happy with the selection of beers provided in the Belgian and world mixed boxes. There were many beers that I had never tried before. The delivery service was equally exceptional being delivered to the country in chekely to a holiday cottage we were renting for the week. Thank you beer hawk! Christmas would not have been the same without you.”

“Bought a world beer box for my boyfriend. He was made up with it. It would be good to have more variety on where the beers are from but that's not a complaint I'm sure it's difficult to source random beers.”

“I ordered a product on the 01/12/16, I received no communication about my product and did not receive my product and therefore talked to a member of the customer services team on the 15/12/16. I was told tha it was out of stock and it would be out to me by Christmas. On the 19/12/16 I received an email that the product was out of stock and would not be in for Christmas and therefore me order had been cancelled. I was very disappointed considering that this was 6 days before Christmas limiting my time to buy a new gift for my father. I then wrote to the customer services team to complain about the service I had received and lack of communication about my order and was basically told it wasn't their fault. I find this very disappointing and the service very poor and due to this I am unlikely to shop with Beer Hawk again!!”

I assure you we take the feedback seriously and we have changed the processes within Customer Services to ensure the same does not happen again. “The beers I bought were a present. The person requested a mystery box, but as they were not available, the 'favourites' was purchased instead. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the present but it was well received! The service was excellent. I thought being so close to Christmas, perhaps it wouldn't arrive in time. However, it came the next day!”

“Had very prompt and polite correspondence with Stu, so regarding customer service was excellent. However the beers arrived a week later than promised (so missed Christmas which was the main reason for ordering!) and the chalices I ordered were in the end out of stock. Ordered previously from beer merchant.com and was a lot faster delivery.”

“This was a well-priced and well designed gift pack. It contained beers by quality producers and gave a nice range of both flavours and strengths. Delivery was made within three days of ordering, so meant it was received well in time for Christmas, even if I was a bit late in ordering. All in all I can recommend Beer Hawk as a quality supplier.”
