Ordered a kwak glass with stand...only the glass was delivered no stand. Cant get through on the phone number as no one answers. Feel ripped off. Order number 205-5830123-2201969

I am extremely dissatisfied with the "service" I am receiving from Beer Hawk. I ordered (and paid for) a selection of beers on 25th October, which is yet to arrive. I emailed on 7th November, to ask where my order was, giving my order number. I got an email back the next day, asking me for my order number (!) I reconfirmed my order number in an email on 9th November. On 11th November, I received an emailed apology, indicating that my order "failed to pull across properly onto our dispatch system." I was assured that the warehouse would "prioritise your order." I had provided Beer Hawk with a gilt-edged opportunity to improve their practices, via a free audit, a fact which I put to them on 14th November. I turned down their offer of "a few beer tokens" (made on 15th November), whatever they are. I searched for the term on their website, to no avail. I emailed back on 18th November, suggesting that they could do better than "a few beer tokens", given the free audit service, the mounting damage to their reputation, and the continued absence of my prioritised (fully paid for) order. That's the point that I stopped getting any sense out of Beer Hawk. I had an email from them on 21st November, asking me to respond to an email from three days previously. But I hadn't had an email from them on 18th November, a fact which I pointed out in my most recent email to them, also on 21st November. In this email, I stressed that it is heavily incumbent on Beer Hawk to attempt to repair the serious damage to their reputation, and to get my order to me. It is now the morning of 25th November and I have heard nothing from them. Very, very poor service. To be avoided.

Most recent perfect draft order took 14 days. Ordered on the 10th and finally delivered on the 14th only after I raised the issue. Site was showing stock throughout. No apology or explanation. Only the price keeps me buying! don't be in a rush or expect 3 day delivery lol

I used a gift voucher and received an order etc confirmation. 3 weeks of nothing. Customer service could not find my address or name or order until I retraced the binned voucher code. Now goods arrived. Only took 6 weeks all in. £37 for 12 bottles of beer inc delivery. Picked the wrong beer. Yeasty Boys selection is horrendous. All in all negative experience. Cannot recommend. Based on Twitter most people don't get their order or there is something wrong. Don't touch.

I ordered from beer hawk last year and had great service so thought I'd get another advent calendar this year. What a mistake. After countless lies in emails over the past few weeks it will be here next week, it will here tomorrow and then no replies I phoned and was told it will be here today. I still have no advent calendar. The most frustrating thing is they took my money over a month ago. Very disappointed.

Just one complaint. Was notified of delivery in the morning at 8:20am, whilst at work. (To arrive between 10:47-11:47).Luckily, my wife wasn't too far away so made it home in time. Surely, notified the previous day would have made more sense. Putting that aside, delivery arrived as promised (10:58). I got everything I ordered,which made me smile after reading previous reviews. The packaging was excellent, nothing broken, not even a dent in the outer box! (Note to YODEL drivers,this is not a challenge,we know there isn't a thing on this planet you can't smash). I am more than happy to use Beerhawk in the future.

i have received nothing it has been weeks and my brothers birthday has been and gone. im worried this is a scam i will be getting i touch with tradingstandards to see if this is a genuine company

Fantastic calendar, my fiancé loves it and can't wait for 1 Dec. I'm confused by people saying they didn't receive their calendar when it clearly stated they wouldn't be issued til mid Nov! Mine arrived on Monday as promised and requested.

Had a complete nightmare with Beerhawk. Ordered in October and was told it would be easy to carry so got it delivered to work. Clearly wasn't so had to reorder it. Told it would be redelivered to home address on Thursday. Then Monday. Then Tuesday. Delivered today........ And completely damaged to the extent it was ruined. Tried ringing customer services but they have gone home...... Don't blame them.......bound to be busy with complaints. Never known a company so sporadic with their promises and really really poor service. Clearly issues, but they don't seem willing to sort of recompense. Cowboys

Still waiting, had the option of two day delivery, took it, a week later I have still not received the advent calendar and Customer Service are not too bothered about it either, they don't have tracking numbers and I was actually told "I can't really do anything about the delivery" when I rang up, "you hopefully should have it by friday". Absolutely appalling service. I will definitely think twice before I order from this company again no matter how good the advent calendar will be.......if I ever get it. Avoid if you're expecting something in any kind of timescale!

Only received half of my order despite full payment being taken. After making 3 telephone calls I finally got through to somebody who informed me they did not know where the other half of my order was!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Ordered back in September and despite numerous messages and replies with false promises still no advent calendar! They are very quick to take your money but that is all they do!!!

Having seen the previous reviews on this website I am rating the 'Beer Advent Calendar' on the product I received, not the customer service/distribution. Having placed my order for the beer advent calendar back in September, (Payment taken then too) the item wasn't delivered on the date I requested (1st Nov) and it took a few calls to customer services who were quite vague when I would receive it. However, the product arrived a week later along with a complimentry Beer Taster Kit and is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and husband is over the moon with it! BUT, Beer Hawk - you have a fantastic business idea, sort your customer service and distribution out or you won't have a business.

Will never order from these guys again! Quick to take the money and products ordered never delivered. Tried to contact customer services no response via email and no one pocks up the phone. Shocking. Avoid at all cost!

Avoid!! Wish I had read these reviews before. Ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received my item. Emailed 3 times with no response. Called the number online and was told that "I'm not customer service so can't help you". Promised a call back that has never happened. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a beer advent calendar more than a week ago. Despite contacting them twice by email I have still have not received a reply. After reading these reviews I wish I had avoided ordering through them. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to report them and try and get my money back. Avoid!

Still not received my order! I've made 7 phone calls so far over the past 4 days and keep getting empty promises. Was told I'd be called by close of business today but still no phone call. I'm absolutely fed up and want to cancel my order as I'll have to think of something else to buy my husband for advent. Absolutely appalling customer service. They've taken payment and still no product.

Only half of my order was delivered. I informed Beer Hawk promptly and they promised to find out what happened and "rush" the rest of my order. Well there was no rush and despite all my attempts to direct the order to arrive within certain parameters i.e. I was leaving the country and the Concierge in my block are only there between certain hours,Beer Hawk clearly failed to communicate this to Parcel Mail. Then despite all the information I gave them they even tried to deliver the beer after I had left the country. No attempt to make up for their incompetence and lack of communication.

My previous review also got removed. My order says it is complete yet it is still not shipped. Very very poor service, would not recommend.
