“Beer was great but do not like the delivery company was tild i would get a one hour time slot and arrived with no warning.”

“Great selection and value for money! My boyfriend was really happy with it as a birthday present and I'd order again. He had the breakfast stout on his morning breakfast! Being traditional I would have liked to have had less canned beers and more bottles although there is an argument that it's better out of a can and they are greener and great designs! Overall very happy, thanks Beer Hawk.”

“When the beer finally arrived I was happy. Ordered on a Monday, was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but wasn't. When I chased on Friday they said Parcelforce had a problem and now wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I only haven't given a lower rating as one of the items was smashed when I opened the box but when I notified Beer Hawk a replacement arrived the next day - if only they could have done that with the beer!”

“Beer hawk made me very happy as apparently my first delivery was sent back undelivered damaged. The Beer was a birthday present for my husband and Beer Hawk very efficiently re ordered the Beer and it wa delivered the very next day....very happy husband and very happy customer. thank you..”

“I received a beer hawk voucher for my birthday and thought I'd try something different so ordered the American selection unfortunately my son arrived to wish me happy birthday and a few hours later they were all gone WILL be ordering again very impressed.”

“My son bought a £30 gift voucher. This arrived as a £25 voucher. Had he not told me I would not have known and you would have got £5 for nothing. Apparently this happens often according to your staff - the VAT does not get credited. This is bordering on dishonesty if it is known that this occurs. I attempted to buy a case, the transaction failed for unknown reasons but the voucher was invalidated. . Your staff were courteous and helpful but your phone system kept cutting of the calls with a "sorry we're busy" message. Eventually an operator credited my account and took a phone order - intending to charge my credit card for the difference in price. You guessed it - my credit card was debited for the full amount. It got sorted eventually but it's not an experience I'd care to repeat.”

“Present for Father's Day ordered and did not arrive even after guarantee given. Over a month later still not resolved. No reason given for delay other than fault of delivery company. Very disappointing.”

“I just spent £55 on 2 cases from you and more than 75% of the beers are past their best before date. You have sent me several that have a best before date of February 2017. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have emailed you with a complaint.”
