Having placed an order for a pump and three kegs of beer well within the time frame to receive before christmas, I was disappointed that I had only received the kegs of beer, I had to wait until after christmas for the pump. Beer Hawke stated it was the couriers error for the delay. In fairness Beer Hawke were very helpful as much as they could be to resolve the matter but with the holiday season the late delivery was a let down

I placed an order on December 7th for a Christmas gift for my partner. The website specified that there was an 8 day wait for my order. After 8 days I called as my item had yet not been dispatched and the lady on the phone said that she would contact the warehouse and follow up. She explained that I would receive an email and a partial refund. I received neither. I made contact again by email and then my item did arrive on the 24th December which is why I give them an average rating but I was worried just before Christmas .

I bought this beer for my husband as it was his favourite holiday drink and almost impossible to buy here. I'm sure it was guaranteed pre Christmas delivery but courier sent me an email confirming delivery on 28th December. Think this is courier problem, nothing to do with Beer Hawk. It wasn't a deal breaker, just a slight disappointment. Anyway, beer is great. Selection is great. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

The customer service since an error has been somewhat mixed, but this did all start after an apparent courier error where half my order went missing. Initially, I was told the rest of the order would follow, but this didn't happen before Christmas. I contacted again to be told something had in fact gone wrong and a new order was made. After the early bumblings, the solution was found and everything arrived in time for New Year's eve. I will continue to shop with Beerhawk given the strength of the customer service in the end, but there is a little room for improvement!

Will never use again Items purchased were for a Christmas present and arrived on 3 different days.beer dispenser +2 free kegs.got 1 keg then dispenser then other keg after Christmas.surely they should all have come together. After calling twice and being promised a callback and the issue would be looked at as urgent I am still waiting. I had an email to say sorry your order has now been dispached and that was 2 days after the delivery was made. Terrible customer service

The products are great and I have no complaints. Sadly my experience overall was not great, I assume a Christmas related blip as my purchases had to be delivered in 3 separate deliveries after re-ordering via conversations with customer services. However customer services (Beth Campbell) were very helpful and great to deal with, hence my overall score. I hope that future serveys will come out as 9 or 10.

I've had good experiences with Beer Hawk (in the north), but this most recent has been appalling (south)! Ordered with guaranteed delivery for Christmas (it was a present) and was emailed to say on the way although tracking showed incomplete - I emailed Beer Hawk to ask where it was and then received another dispatch email after Christmas with a tracking link which showed 'delivered' and signed for by Graham - not knowing a Graham I rang Beer Hawk to be told Graham works for Beer Hawk and the delivery had been returned, did I want another delivery?!!!!! Over 3 weeks later and nothing has been delivered and no email to say sorry or tell me what's going on. Dreadful.

I found the team at Beer Hawk extremely helpful and friendly, and the machine and contents were very popular over the Christmas period, and I am sure they will continue to be throughout the year.

Although I was satisfied with the product I was disappointed with the service from Beerhawk. I was promised delivery of the beer dispenser in plenty of time for my wedding on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the dispenser did not arrive until 30th Dec. If I had known it would have been a week late I would not of ordered it.

Bearing in mind i am still yet to receive the main part of this order (perfect draft beer machine) this isnt going to be positive. I was promised my order 2 weeks ago but still not arrived. I have made many calls and always had a different answer depending on who Ive spoken to. Ive never received a call back or any sort of notification when promised. I am shocked and appalled at how bad Ive been treated and have had to tell several friends who want to purchase this machine to purchase elsewhere.

I ordered the Christmas Beer Advent Calendar for my other half which he loved and some of the beers were well above average :) I then had a £10 off voucher which I used to try the Christmas Leffe and the packaging was huge for the few bottles I received but I suppose better to be safe than sorry when transporting precious beer! Overall, really chuffed and coming from the North Yorkshire area myself with family at Easingwold, Thirsk and Wath, it is always nice to support local businesses x

Only two of the three ordered items came had to contact them to send out the third. Over two weeks for delivery so got it for the new year when it was promised for Christmas

I haven't received my order 3 weeks later, I have asked for a refund but hasn't happened. Can't get through to customer services, have had to raise a pay dispute with PayPal. Do not order from here!!

Have used these guys a few times and thus far the customer service, delivery times and product quality was first class. I recently had a small issue with an order I placed (ordered 500ml and was sent 330ml). Customer services were excellent and offered either a refund or more bottles to be sent out!

I ordered 2 kegs plus a perfect draft machine in mid December, the kegs arrived but NO machine. I phoned twice (no answer). So over the holidays I had 2 kegs but no machine. Having emailed I got NO response. Yesterday I called again and was told I'd have the machine today - still had nothing delivered. Very, very poor.

Ordered before xmas 2016. Goods arrives within 2days. Only place i can get my leffe nolle. Wish pricec was better but all can say is great service will b using again.
