“Previous problems resolved. Must have ordered at Very busy time,however all problems I had earlier,dealt with to my satisfaction. All beers now received and the perfect drag is perfect.”

“Very good service. Had a little issue as only 1 barrel had been delivered after ordering 2, I emailed the company and received a phone call a few hours later, my other barrel was dispatched that day.”

“I ordered the Brewdog beer bullet but received totally the wrong one! Too late to organise a return as I had to give it as a gift. On the plus side, well packaged and arrived promptly.”

“I bought one of the IPA Christmas tubes for my brother's Christmas. I think it's a perfect stocking filler for a beer lover! I can't comment on the beer itself but the packaging was really cool and the delivery was pretty speedy. I'll definitely be back for other gifts for my brother!”

“Beer Hawk provide and excellent range of top quality products at a competitive price. On the one occasion that an issue occurred with an order they resolved the problem promptly, fairly and professionally. Now that I am retired and no longer travel internationally on business it is great to know that I can easily obtain the beers here in the U.K. that I used to enjoy on my travels. Highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately I can't give a description on the beers as they are for a Christmas Present but I can say that the website gave a really good description of what I was ordering. I received really good communication with regards to postage and postage was really quick. Would definetely use again and would recommend to anyone.”

“Beer was great apparently (it was a gift). A message was added retrospectively which I was grateful of. What was not great was that the delivery driver chose not to deliver to the private address on a large private school site, but to drop off at the reception (which closes before my friend gets my email). Driver reports it has been left at the address "Left in a safe place: Other Location " - to quote my friend "Lying turnips" no card had been left and someone was at the house waiting to take delivery. I can buy good beer anywhere, it is the fact it is delivered that was attractive to me, and that was lazy and the tracking message unhelpful. So I doubt I would use the service again.”

“Wrong order was sent, only 10 bottle rather than 15. Contact customer service - got ignored. As this company is just a re-seller for products other companies produce - customer service is key - and sadly completely lacking here. Will not use again.”

“I first purchased from BeerHawk 5 weeks ago, a slight delay in product being supplied due to manufacturing delay made me wonder how BeerHawk would address this. they without any intervention from myself emailed and called to supply an update and kindly compensated due to the delay that was outwith their control. My second order had an estimated delivery time of up to 5 days, I was amazed 2 days later it was with me. I would like to thank BeerHawk for keeping me as a customer a priority and look forward to doing more business in 2017.”

“After I placed my order, I didn't receive a confirmation email. I called to enquire about this and was promised one would be sent. After a week the confirmation email had still not arrived so I called again to see what was happening with my order. I was told a manager would call me back but they didn't. The delivery eventually turned up, but I wouldn't order through this company again.”

“I was disappointed that the beer selection I ordered has not arrived in a nicely packaged gift box. The bottles are just in a normal cardboard box and when you open it it looks like some of the bottles are missing, when in fact they aren't - the selection I bought just doesn't fill all the compartments. I'm sure the recipient will be happy with the beer but I do wish the packaging had been better.....”

“I ordered the beer dispenser with the 6l keg for my dad for Christmas, So he hasn't used it yet and it's still boxed up. But the over all customer service and delivery was spot on. I messaged beer hawk prior to ordering to ask when it would be back in stock because it was out of stock at the time, and they told me it would be that week, I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get him one for Christmas but I did thanks to them letting me know when stock would arrive and continuously checking the website. Great company and a website which is easy to navigate. Thank you!”

“Great service! However, quite disappointed with the LACK of beer variety available of the PerfectDraft beer barrels. There are over 30+ PerfectDraft beer varieties available in Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands etc..... Please stock more varieties! Thanks”
