“I ordered a selection of beers on 28/11/2016 it is now the 20/12/2016 and there's still no sign of them, I was promised them within 5 working days. After chasing them up I was told my delivery had been damaged, so it has been reordered, but I was hoping to give some of them as Christmas presents, So fingers crossed they'll be here soon.”

“I ordered "A Big Beery Mixed Case (30 bottles)" case well in time for Christmas as a present. The delivery came a few days later but only one case (with 15 bottles) was delivered. The delivery drop was unsatisfactory since it was dropped on the front door step and not signed for , since the driver did not bother to ring the doorbell. I called Beer Hawk on their Customer Services number but after ringing out for a few minutes I managed to get through to someone in their accounts department. They took my phone number and promised someone would call me "tomorrow". AS you know tomorrow never comes and neither did a phone call. So I called again and got the same response but with assurances that the call would come. Again next day no call from Beer Hawk. So in despair I called again followed the same protocol , no answer from "customer services" , redirect to accounts and the "I can only ask someone to call you I cannot deal with the problem". Everyone is very busy blah blah blah. I asked if they have an escalation procedure which apparently they don't have. The person gave me a another phone number to ring who could sort out the problem. Some one from the Order department answered and guess what. She could take my number and get someone to ring me tomorrow. Pathetic! So if are going to use this company for Beer Supplies, I suggest you order a single case and hope that they can deliver it correctly in one attempt. Otherwise you will become as frustrated as I am.”

“My first item from Beer hawk was a gift and the glass was broken in the set. I emailed them to explain and they asked for no proof or photos. Just sent out a replacement meaning my mate got four beers rather than two! Great service!”

“There was a delay with delivery because of the time of year - Christmas - but I had emails from the company to let me know and with a voucher by way of an apology. I would certainly recommend Beer Hawk and will be using them again”

“First delivery with draft machine was really fast, beer 'on tap' is amazing, just waiting the 9hrs for the first keg to cool was hell! Second delivery quick too but third was over a week with no updates between. Did arrive ok in the end. Would definitely recommend both the company and the perfect draft machine. Would like to have more beer options on the kegs available.”

“Ordered on the 28th of November, they delivered to the wrong address!! after several emails & phonecalls trying to rectify the delivery address we still havent received the parcel over 3 weeks later!! They said they would completely refund me, they only refunded me partially but have lost the will to phone & complain again! Appalling customer service & no communication. The girl I spoke to was not interested, unapologetic & rude on the phone!”

“I've been using Beer Hawk for a few months now and have also recommended friends who've also ordered speciality beers. Service is great with the shipment normally arriving within 3 days and even with the festive season here it took roughly 5 days. The customer service department have always been very helpful, especially recently when 1 out of my 4 parcels logistically went missing. Without hesitation they replaced the order for the missing items! I raise my Glass to you Beer Hawk.”

“I have been searching for some time to find a reliable source for Perfect Draft kegs - looks like I have found it. Reasonable prices, although the 'free postage on orders over £50' does not seem to extend to Northern Ireland which is a pity.”
