“My recent order was mostly made up of beers labelled as ‘dark and quadruple’ on your website and included two bottles of De Ranke Pere Noel (330 ml, 7%). I was rather surprised to discover that this is a blonde beer, despite your website description and I am concerned that the e-mail I sent on 25 January to point out this error has still not had a reply. Delivery was very quick and the prices were a bargain with the extra discount offered. But I can only give 4 stars in the light of the error over the De Ranke Pere Noel bottles’ labelling and the lack of your reply to my e-mail.”

“I tend to get the mixed mystery crates. I've had 3 and been really happy with 2. The last one had 8 low or no alcohol beers in though, which was really dissapointing. I know they say you can get some but I only got 1 or 2 in the 2 previous, 8 seemed quite a lot. Overall though, very happy”

“I bought 17 Oktoberfest beers as a birthday present for my son and he loves them. However, I had a problem with the purchase, as I ordered from a promotional email offering 20% off ALL Oktoberfest beers, so I chose from the beers that were listed via a link in that email. When I realised that the discount hadn't been applied, I sent a query to customer services, which went into a long chain of emails. Eventually, I was given a refund, but customer services still insisted that all the beers in the link titled "Shop Oktoberfest" were not necessarily Oktoberfest beers!! The final email told me that I was only being given the discount as a gesture of goodwill, and that I should be "aware that if I do not receive the discount in the future, I may not be eligible for it". So, beers great and reasonably priced, customer services not so good.”

“Great selection and good prices, delivered on time (very useful to have it delivered to a dropshop facility) Only downside was the massive box filled with mostly packaging. Bottles were safe but it was a huge box for what I ordered.”

“Received a voucher from colleagues so bought a good variety of Belgian beers. Choice was good, but some of the UK craft stuff not great, there's far better out there. Belgian choice is great and I'm thought enjoying drinking my way through them”

“Lightning quick well boxed delivery. All intact. Great value. Quite a varied selection. My only disappointment is that I prefer dark beers and out of 24 there was just one stout / porter! Maybe I ordered at the wrong time of year!! Cheers anyway. I'll be back as somebody once said”
