“It's a cool service but not for me at the minute. It's a bit of a pain that you have to call to cancel but I get why this and the agents I've spoken to such as Douglas are nice and not pushy. I may be back some day guys.”

“Douglas was absolutely lovely on the phone, we got disconnected and he rang me straight back, he was polite and helpful. Explained everything extremely well so I understood. I didn’t feel any pressure to continue with my subscription and he mad it’s a pleasant customer experience. Thank you”

“Beer choice is always interesting - may not always be to my taste, but it’s a great opportunity to try something different that you would struggle to find elsewhere. There are occasional glitches with packaging and delivery, but always quickly and effectively resolved by the support team - Angus was particularly helpful with my last query, so thanks to him (and all the others I’ve had dealings with).”

“Three stars needs an explanation - The beer from Beer52 is 5 stars. The customer service I recieved from Douglas was 5 stars. However the reason for my call to customer service means I cannot give the whole experience 5 stars - until I spoke to Douglas the rating would have been 1 star (despite the excellence of the beers) - Douglas' excellent, empathetic and efficient customer service pulled the overall rating back up. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription because of the truly appalling delivery service from Hermes. The don't turn up, they are untruthful about not turning up, they regularly damage packages. Douglas was very helpful changing to a different courier service and providing support to assuage my irritation. He was empathetic, appropriately placating and provided practical solutions to my issues, he provided reassurance and recapped all the steps and actions we had agreed on - top job Douglas.”

“I love getting an unexpected range of beers every month and trying new things. I find it really handy getting it delivered straight to my door too, so I don’t have to lug heavy beers back from the shop. The magazine that comes with the subscription box is surprisingly good too, with well-written and varied articles. Great customer service as well. I love Beer52 and would really recommend!”
