Douglas great on the phone and very understanding. Very polite and well mannered. Gave plenty options on how to go forward. but having a long break from alcohol. Cheers!

Excellent range of beers, some a bit ‘out there’ for my tastes but I was good to try stuff I wouldn’t normally. No fuss when it came to cancellation. Will definitely be back once I have the spare income!

Customer service is good - when you can finally get through. Not good that you are on hold for so long before speaking with a human. Whay can subscription cancellations be done online?

Excellent service and quality. Loved it. Felt very special when it arrived. Very recommendable. Douglas was also a top class salesman. Trained well. He doesn't let you go without a fight! ;D

Douglas was very helpful restoring my account after I cancelled. Big mistake down to a not very good free box of English beers but the following box of Belgian beers which I paid for were superb thus the reinstatement. Hopefully Douglas may also be able to restore the £10 credit I had too

Firstly, the beers are great. I don't drink a great deal but you can taste the quality. I was a bit dubious about signing up initially for the free pack but the beers turned up fine and when I called to cancel the subscription I was told that is absolutely fine to cancel now, but as expected I was convinced to keep the account open on the basis that I had some additional freebies and credit on the account that I could use. Like any company, Beer52 do want to make money but they don't want to rip people off and that is evident from my experience. You are not tied into any contract as you can simply cancel at any time and they will send reminders before payments are taken out incase you want to cancel.

Great beers and staff very helpful. I appreciate these are craft beers and they are super tasty, but they are just a little too expensive in my eyes for a subscription.

Super lovely interaction with Angus today. Absolutely gutted to be cancelling for now, but I’m sure I’ll be back. He was really helpful and understanding, and explained all my options if I couldn’t afford my subscription that month etc. Oh, and the beer was alright too! Always came on time, truly a monthly treat. 10/10 would recommend. Keep up the fabulous work 🙌

Just had a phone call with Douglas, absolute legend! I called to cancel my subscription as I could no longer afford it and while he made it very tempting to stay, he was also very helpful in cancelling my subscription. So nice to have a friendly person the other end of the phone!

Had a chat with Douglas about my subscription with Beer52 as money is going to be tight for me for the next couple of months and he was more than happy to help me freeze my account for the next few months instead of cancelling altogether so I don't lose any of my credits, which I didn't think was possible! Top class customer service and I would definitely recommend subscribing with Beer52 as their beer selection is fantastic. Thanks again Douglas!

I very much enjoyed my monthly subscription with Beer52, which offered a great selection of beers at good value. Their customer service was brilliant, Douglas was very polite & helpful over the phone. Would strongly recommend!
