Beer 52 has been amazing for the 8 boxes I have tried. Unfortunately due to not being able to keep up with the amount of beers sent I had to ring up to cancel but Iannis barron was really helpful, he even mentioned a few different ways that he thought would help to be able to keep my account open to keep enjoying beer 52. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that asks. Again cheers Iannis for all your help!

customer service is awful. This company is awful. No one should order beer from here. Firstly customer services are not helpful they not doing the job in a right way. They are useless for sorting their mistakes. Be careful with subscriptions if they can charge even if you don't want it they will and they not even going to put an effort to sort out their mistakes. I asked for a refund for their mistake and they offered me 6 pounds and a refund of 24 pounds. It shows their attitude toward a customer. No one should go with them. It is expensive and they are not helpful for you.

I had an issue with my gift voucher and Joel sorted it out very promptly for me. The customer service is 5 star and I know the beers at too!

So, I decided to give a try to Beer52 and here is my honest experience of it. I have rather specific taste in terms of beers and out of the case there were a few I didn't like. However, I guess that is rather normal if you do have acquainted taste. It was really fun and exciting to discover plenty of beers that I hadn't heard of and really made my mouth water (pun intended). So overall, it is a very good value experience. I had a chat with someone on the customer service (Claire Graham) and that made my trust and love for the company even more. Not only just friendly, as that's what the job requires in a way, but actually very knowledgeable and passionate about beer too. My understanding is that it is a small company based in Scotland and personally I love supporting such businesses. The absolute plus side of the experience for me is that with every monthly case you get a little magazine from a specific city/region with tap room recommendation and more. It so happened that the month I was in was about Edinburgh and I had a trip planned to Edinburgh. Gosh, I had such a great time following the suggestions and so did my date 😉. Therefore, my conclusion is, if you are a beer lover and also love travelling, get on it. Happy discovery. Xx

Loved getting my beer deliveries and accompanying snacks etc., but alas can no longer justify the outlay with my local microbrewery just a stones throw away. Contrary to the anonymous post below complaining about Beer.52’s customer service, my experience when cancelling my subscription was handled by Claire when I rang as per their recommendations. She couldn’t have been nicer. Cancelling was straight forward with no difficulties whatsoever. I’d recommend Beer52 to any craft beer enthusiast.

Potentially the worst customer service I have ever received. Original parcel was delivered correctly and nothing to complain about, but when trying to cancel it becomes obvious they have no interest at all. I submitted a cancellation request but 2 weeks later i open my door to find a new box. On contacting them I am told I should have refused delivery.... which I couldn't do as they didn't knock. After several back and forth and a long call I am told to send back and they will refund postage on this occasion due to it not being my fault. Parcel sent back but 4 weeks later I am still fighting for the postage refund and being told even though they have the recording of me being promised a refund it's against their T&C's. Absolute bunch of crooks. Don't use if you ever want to cancel at some point.

Customer service was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, quick direct replies and a personal response rather than automated. Natalie dealt with my question and was very helpful :)

My ordered the trial pack for me . it arrived promptly, within 2 weeks of ordering, it was a good range of craft beers. she spoke to Joel Gutteridge at their customer service desk to cancel the account and found the service without fault, he was efficient and cancelled the account with no problems and was a credit to the company. Would recommend if you like craft beer them give them a try. The only reason for cancelling was due to me being celiac

Had a case not turn up but was dealt with swiftly by Iannis. Been with Beer 52 for a while now and never had any issues bar this one, but was dealt with swiftly :)
