Great service and great beers Great service and great beers! I think i chose the pale ale selection which is great as the do chuck in a few stouts/darker beers now and again still :) Joel from customer service was great with helping me sort a few things out.

Great company with lovely beers! also when i wanted to cancel Joel made it very easy for me, he was very understanding of my position and wasn't at all pushy with trying to make me stay.

My order is running a little late so I rang up to check on it, Iannis was great on the phone. Reassured me that BEER52 has a few delays out of their control but should be with me by next week. We had a good chat and laugh, he gave me a discount on a further 2 boxes I am getting so I am a happy customer :) saving up the beer packages as Christmas presents for my partner as he enjoyed a box he got from you with your offer on. Thanks again!

Called up as my wine had been stolen after been delivered and within 20 seconds Kirsty had offered me a replacement and had an email to confirm. Friendly and Great customer skills

Very POOR! They try to make cancelling as difficult as possible also they're t&c's on the site are incorrect. YOU MUST phone to cancel so get ready for a 30min wait! Rip off, Stay well away!

I'd been very happy with my Beer52 experience so far and had been a customer for a number of years. After moving house recently I remembered a little late that I hadn't updated my address. I logged in to Beer52 and found that my order had been packed, but the beers were STILL with their depot. Awesome - surely someone can get this sorted for me, right? I was told there was nothing that could be done about this now that the label had been printed, in spite of the fact that they hadn't actually left yet. They said that I may be able to contact the courier to re-direct the beers to my new address if I contacted them. Upon calling the courier, I was advised that any change of address outside the postcode area WAS possible but that it HAD to be made by the sender. Hermes were very specific on both occasions I contacted them that the address could be changed only on instruction of the sender. Calling Beer52 again, I am told flat out that there is nothing to be done. No option to get Hermes to return the package, no option to get them to redirect it. I was happy to pay any additional costs incurred. Whilst I accept that I updated the address late in the day, I am disappointed by the conflicting advice, and what seems to be a lacklustre effort to even try to help by reaching out to the courier to see if something could be done. Now my beers will be delivered to my old address an hours drive away. I closed my account following this as frankly, it felt like Beer52 made no effort to try and help by contacting the carrier. The fact that I'd been a loyal customer for several years clearly means little to them. A very bitter end to an otherwise good service.
