Called the phone line to pause my subscription and had a lovely chat with Kirsty. Extremely informative, very friendly, and let me know more details about the rewards program that I wasn't aware of!! She reassured me that dispatch dates are flexible, so I can ensure the delivery comes when I'm at home. Looking forward to the next box!!

A fantastic range of craft beers and great idea to get as a gift for somebody. Kirsty was really helpful and understanding when I called to cancel my subscription but will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Excellent introductory beer box. Lovely beers, good variations of flavours, fun beer can designs. I wanted to cancel my subscription and Kirsty Clearly was friendly and gave me different options for staying, but was not pushy when I declined. Overall, impressed with beer 52..

Cancelled by beer box subscription, as now the pub are open, I have 3 unopened boxes. Spoke to Kirsty Cleary who was polite and efficient when dealing with my request. She explained how I might benefit from other offers but was not pushy when I declined, but advised I can reopen my subscription later.

Spoke to Kirsty Cleary and she not only explained how to get more from the subscription by adding beer reviews online, but found that we could save 50% on a box. The web site is actually very nicely designed and guides you through lots of different options so you don’t have to spend a massive amount of money each month. You can gain rewards by leaving reviews and get free beer!! Amazing stuff

Always have a 5* experience with the team at Beer 52. They are really flexible with membership options and the beers are really varied. On the whole I love the beers but of course with such a wide variety, there are a few that aren't to my taste. Having the option of reviewing the beers in exchange for loyalty points is a great feature. Want to give a shout out to Kirsty who I dealt with today. She was understanding of my situation and worked on a membership to suit our requirements. Super friendly and didn't make me feel pressured into choosing a membership. Thank you!

You can cancel your subscription easily and even pause your account and get beers at a later date

Really enjoying the selection of beers and love reading about the brewing companies in the magazine. Also, want to shout out to Kirsty who was really helpful and took her time to explain all my options. 10/10 would recommend Beer52!!!

I had the opportunity to try nice and tasty beers offered by this splendid organisation. Unfortunately I had to quit just becuase I want to reduce the level of alcohol. Thanks to Kirsty who offered my a 5star service I had a smooth process of unsubscribing from this website. She also offered me a good understanding of what to do further in case I want to return.

I'm just cancelling my account, but don't let that put you off: I've had a year or so of great beers, and tried lots of different ones that I'd probably never have given a shot. Sure, there's the occasional one that makes you pull a face, but that's part of the fun of something like this! I'm cancelling my account because... frankly, I've really cut back on the amount of alcohol I've been drinking in the past few months, to the extent that I now have a big pile of beers in the cupboard that will take me 6 months to work through. I'll most likely be back after Christmas. Customer service is great (if a little stretched due to COVID at the moment), and the lovely Kirsty *almost* tempted me to stay, but the missus gave me a look that told me I'd better not. The only possible downside is that they use Hermes for delivery, which isn't great around me.

The customer service has been brilliant. Spoke to Kirsty Cleary who was extremely helpful and polite and has helped solve my issue (which was not with the beer!) but with the delivery. So looking forward to the beer now arriving.

I've been using beer 52 for a while now and pleased with the service! As with any delivery subscription there'll be the off issue with it, usually with the carriers rather then the company... But these have always been resolved swiftly and without fuss. Recently spoke to Kirsty C (and another adviser whose name I can't remember) about a problem with a one-off shop order and very pleased with how it was handled. I've tried a few other beer subscriptions in the past but always come back to beer52 for this reason!

Called to cancel my subscription . Spoke with Kirsty who was very helpful and explained I can receive 50% off my next order which was very kind of her to do this . Have kept this going for just now . Thanks for your help Kirsty

An absolutely awful company to deal with. I ordered some beer for my father for Fathers' Day. Three weeks later (long after Fathers' Day) it still had not arrived, so I messaged Beer52 to cancel the order and ask for a refund. They completely ignored me, and a week later the beer arrived (4 weeks late). I messaged them again to ask for an explanation and a refund, but they are still ignoring me. I have used other online beer-retailers in the past, such as Beer Hawk, and they were much better.
