“I've been using Be Fit Food for around 6 weeks and I love it. Due to my long work hours, I don't have time to plan meals, so to be able to do keto and not have to worry about planning is fantastic. There's plenty of variety in the food and most of the meals are delicious. The only meals I haven't liked are the breakfast egg meals, but I've easily worked around that. I'm losing weight and have so much more energy than I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.”

“I was excited to try your food. The snacks are really great and the soups yummy. The breakfast ‘cereals’ unfortunately were way too sweet for me. The dinners, although nice, did not really have much ‘meat’ and I wondered if the protein was added some other way, powder or something. Unfortunately too I felt that they, the dinners, were predominantly casserole/ sauce based meals, I did add salad or veggies, and sorry to say the fish was like rubber, inedible. I’d also like to add that EVERY DINNER, and most of the soups, the plastic film cover was always unsealed in parts, making me suspicious re the food safety. I’m sorry to be so negative but wanted to give constructive criticism.”
“Ordered with delivery day scheduled for Tuesday, on the day of delivery I received a text saying “sorry there will be a slight delay and your food will now be delivered”. This is not a slight delay when you’re planning around an upcoming event. It was very disappointing that it was only communicated on the day and left we having to find another option. It also took 2 calls to the store to get the refund processed as I received no confirmation after the first person I spoke with. I’ve had great success with be fit but this combined with the recent price increases, unavailability or discontinuation of great products has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I understand delays due to covid but the communication is also poor.”
“Delivery didn’t arrive
Delivery driver actually rang on the Monday to confirm address but didn’t deliver. Couldn’t get an answer when delivery would arrive. Rang back a few times but didn’t feel like it was going to be resolved so cancelled order”
“Love the program, but since you ask for feedback, I hit a problem ordering online where it got stuck in the Delivery questions and I went through 3 loops of logging out and in again and repeating the order, before I noticed the instruction to re-enter my postcode. Now I know, I won’t have a problem again but I think new or intermittent customers might.

“My shipment was delayed and unfortunately when my food arrived some of my meals plastic containers had broken and even shattered which was a little disappointing as it meant that I was short those meals. Overall the meals are small but ok but wish there was more variety being vegetarian as my meals choices were very repetitive. The staff were super friendly though.”
“The soups are so good and most meals are lovely. I found the beef chow mein and cottage pie were a bit too peppery for my taste. Breakfasts fantastic and love the snacks.”
“I have ordered Be Fit Foods several times and unfortunately this time I did not find the meals to be as nice as previous times. Some meals I couldnt finish, one of them being the Trio Green Soup. I had to throw them all out. I was a bit disappointed this time especially because it seems the price has gone up and i had paid more this time.”

“Most of the products I ordered were replaced with other items I hadn't requested. When I called regarding this I was simply told the items I had ordered were now out of stock. No refund was offered, despite the fact, I don't like the soups that I ended up receiving.”
