“I am now in my 5 th week of Be Rapid and generally like most meals.
I do find the meals when heated in microwave are very watery so l often use a stainer to rinse out the water.
Also the Beef Chow Mien l find is very salty. Enjoyed the curried soup today and l love the wholemeal beef lasagne !
Overall l am finding it very effective and mostly enjoyed. I have lost 3.5 kilos with 4 more to go!

My feedback is about communication between Befit and your delivery company. On 2 occasions they have not read the delivery instructions and left the box in the wrong place meaning it sits in the sun with the potential to spoil or leaving the box upside down when it clearly indicates on the box what the right way up is.”
“Really enjoyed the food and achieved the goal I was hoping for. The Be fit food facebook page was really good and great support from others doing it.
My experience with the dieticians wasn't good and I wouldn't bother with them. I made an appointment, they didn't call at the allocated time, I then received a text after my appointment time saying they had been busy and offered an alternative time. I accepted the new time but still no call at that time. I finally got a call 5 minutes before the end of the second appointment time. I couldn't do the appointment as I had already moved my work commitments around to accommodate the change in time. very unhelpful.”

Food took a little getting used to, eg, preparation, adding things in, vegetables etc. Not one for cauliflower rice alternative and anything with minced meat I no longer order.
The treats are great, too great.
Overall, still learning, very overwhelmed as I have 90kgs to lose.”
“I really enjoy Be Fit Food. I was a bit surprised at first at how small the portions were, but then I realised that these were actually correct portions and how much we all overeat...everyday! By including the 'Additional Extras' to each meal, I'm learning how to prepare easy, simple sides and I'm so surprised that I never feel hungry. I've done two Challenges so far, and now have a whole lot of meals in my freezer that I use for lunches on my workdays. Just knowing that I can quickly heat and eat something without having to prepare is a game-changer!”

“Be Fit food services a particular niche in the pre-prepare, weight loss meals market and it does that well. Whilst it would be nice to have more fresh meals in the range, the convenience of frozen can’t be beaten. It would be nice to see more if a rotation of the menu. It tends to be that half the menu is good and half in just average, so you do end up eating the same 5-8 meals week in week out. Do opt into delivery alerts, because sometimes the drivers don’t knock. My first order sat out for over 12 hours because despite being gone all day, no one knocked when dropping the boxes off. Overall, I would recommend as a great kickstart to weight loss by a longer term commitment to a healthier diet.”

“The food was great and I never felt hungry. My one criticism is that in my first delivery one meal was missing and even though I emailed to inform that it had occurred, the issue was ignored and a meal was not replaced in my next order.”

“I was surprised to like the food - it is quite tasty. I find the carb content too high in the basic meals but more appropriate in the Lifestyle meals. I try to follow a keto diet so these are even a bit high but much better than their other meals. The good thing is that Lifestyle meals are much higher in protein as well, and don't push ridiculous levels of fat as many keto food providers do. When they expand the range (from about 8 meals) I will be back!”
